Very cool. It's good 2 see an emcee with talent doing something like this.

A skit is like a mini scene acted out. And Interlude can be anything...a skit, a short song, a speech. Those Keith B-Real Interludes could be considered skits. Same with the interlude after "Potnas," that could be a skit also. While we are on this topic. U can tell when an artist simply can't put a quality album when their are just as many interludes on the album as their are songs. However, i really like the way Heavy D's "Blue Funk" and how Rakim's "The 18th Letter" have interviews laced thru' out the album. It just makes it so much more personal.

TOMMY LEE - Good Times

I'm thinkin' this album is going to be VERY AVERAGE. "Diamonds" is extreemly bland and the video sucked. The only good thing about "Gold Digger" is the sample (the beat and lyrics are easy 2 fall asleep 2). I hope he's actually done a good song 4 the album.

Dr. Dre knows what's good and what's bad...i just don't think he cares anymore. Look at the people he works with...they aren't talented so why put lots of work in2 it?!? Sad but true. I bet the beats on Rakim's album were dope...simply cuz Rakim dosen't settle 4 less than the best.

I've only heard the one song on the radio...and quickly changed the station. Like all the other G-Unit stuff, it's trash. I don't even think any of those guys had good beats. They are all light weight processed beats. I think i heard like 2 beats that were given 2 Lloyd Banks that weren't bad...but other than that. It's all bad...just awful. I can't wait til G-Unit stuff just crashes and burns.

I work at The Picture People. Since the main reason we used 2 get those Finish Line CDs waz becuz a girl i work with waz going out with a guy at Finish Line. There is a cute girl that works there now...maybe i should start talking 2 her...just so i can't get hands on their current CD...ha ha.

Go 2 the official WS message board and and open up the post titled something like "everybody read my rap." Somebody put some wack rap up and thought it waz good. So i just expressed my views that it needed lots of work and posted a very weak, yet slightly humorus rhyme dissing the people on the board.

I never heard of Cuban Link making moves b4 the late 90's. I have a song he did with Jon B from 2001 that i like.

Yeah, "Sugar Daddy" waz the song i heard a few months ago and really liked...mostly cuz of Mya tho.' I don't see myself liking his album that much, but i'll listen 2 it in a record store. Back 2 the original post tho'...u can't call this guy a vet. Anyone who release an album after 1990 can't be called a vet in the rap game. That's like calling a 90's song "old school."
