I like Craig David. I a few of his songs come across a lil' watered down (lyrically and productionwise)...but overall, i love him. I got both of his albums about 4 months ago, but had his singles when they were new.

Thanx 4 posting that. I have never really followed Tom Cruise, but i don't really see him kickin' it 2 JJ+FP back in the day. It's cool 2 know he's a fellow JJ+FP. "Just CRUISin'" is probably his favorite FP joint...ha ha. (Sorry...bad joke)

They've said that they aren't trying 2 replace her. They want 2 move on with their careers, however, when Arista closed their doors, their Greatest Hits album waz up in the air with no promotion and no one 2 put it out. They both also couldn't get their solo albums 2 take form, tho' they both have worked on one. They wanted 2 promote the greatest hits album with the TV show and felt that jumping on the reality show craze waz the way 2 go. They keep saying that replacing Left Eye is not the idea, but 2 put other entertainers thru' boot camp, TLC style, and the winner will record a song with them and tour with them. They said that if the winner dose have crazy chemistry with them, that they won't rule out future colaborations, but that inviting them in 2 TLC is not their intention.

Wow! Thanx 4 that review. I'm so happy 4 u. I know how i felt when i saw JJ+FP. Even that one time when i stepped out of the club and they took the stage and i wazn't let back in, while i waz partly furious, i waz also just happy 2 have seem them on stage b4 the whole thing kicked off. Seeing JJ+FP live is one of the best times of my life. I can't wait 2 see them again. I'm glad that u don't have any $300 fines and speeding tickets 2 go along with your JJ+FP story...ha ha.

If u wanna get really technical, u could talk about the promo singles like Just One of Those Days, Guys Ain't Nothing But Trouble, The Groove, U Saw My Blinker, La Fiesta. Don't forget Jeff's singles either...For Da Love of Da Game, Break It Down, Rock Wit U, and My Peoples.

SKEE-LO - I Wish My local Hip-Hop/R-N-B radio station is haveing one of their "Way Back Laid Back Weekends" which plays a good bit of old skool and 90's music. When they have these, it's the only time that 80% of the stuff they play isn't garbage. Nothing is better than hearing one of your favorite, yet forgotten artists on the radio again.

Rest In Peace. He definitly left a huge impact on music as part of The Four Tops. I grew up knowing The Four Tops were amoung the greatest groups in R-N-B...but in the last few years, since i've really got in2 oldies...especially Motown, i totally appriciate what these music legends have done.

Yeah, this is the A Touch of Jazz 12" single. It has the album version, the Extended Re-Touch, and a remix featuring a rap from FP. It's classic. "ATOJ" is one of their underground classics.

Yeah, the song is hilarious. They actually had a music video 4 it back in 1991. I have it on tape somewhere. They also put it on one of the seasons of The Simpsons on DVD. There waz a CD single of it realeased over seas and Jazzy Jeff remixed the song 2. I got The Simpsons Sing The Blues back in 1991 and always thought the music sounded kinda like JJ+FP style stuff. Then in like '95 or so i looked at the credits of it and flipped when i found out Jazzy Jeff produced and scratched all over it.

Well, whenever people put up posts where i can vote 4 the song, i do. But i don't go around the internet looking 4 places 2 vote 4 it...i got real world stuff 2 do that comes b4 that stuff. But i constantly talk about the album and play it in my car really loud (4 my passenger and 4 the world outside). I think my brother is gonna finally go out and get it. My friend Russ is getting the album soon. Oh yeah, and i still make sure i put L+F in the front of CD racks at music stores...ha ha.

Man, i got off work 2nite, came home, and got online. The news popped up on AOL and depressed me on the spot. Man, i grew up on his music. I have a handfull of his CDs and a few singles as well. He is one of the greatest singers of all time....a true icon. My prayers go out 2 his family, friends, and fans.

Wow...this news is like a year old. Great movie tho'...i saw it the day it dropped.

Even tho' i got Now + Forever back in 2003 (an import version of course). But as a die-hard TLC fan, i made sure i got this US release. It's obvious that they had these sitting in a warehouse 4 nearly 2 years cuz they have the 2003 copywrite on them.

I'm with Fuq...b4 i even opened this post, i thought it woudl be The Realest....the most obvious 2Pac wanna be ever. Deathrow signed him back in the late 90's just so they could have a 2Pac styled artist. Quite a pathetic move.

I don't know anything about it. For a commercial rapper, i like 2 or 3 of his singles. But his song "I'm A Hustla" is crazy annoying.

Yeah, "Chasing Forever" is timeless. It just stands the test time unlike alot of other songs. The lyrics are 2 the point and honest. The beat is simple yet brilliant. It's just an amazing song.

Ha ha...thanx 4 the laugh. We all know that CNN is the most credible Hip-Hop source on planet Earth!
