Yeh, but i also think if i've spent hard eanrd money on an album that i dont fall in love with after one listen its worth sticking it on a few times, often it'll catch on. Lerkot Tougher Than Leather isn't a bad album but Run DMC have done better, Down With The King, or Raising Hell, or even better in your case would be to buy the Greatest Hits album, then make your mind up on your fave tracks from that.

A double A-side shud occur, Wills never done it before. Still it mite over shadow one of the tracks and that wudnt be that great.

yep, pretty much every cheese/student club night you'll get Boom played often when you don't even request it. Always good to look over at the corwd waving the boom hands side to side. I prefer the street remix as a song, cos i've heard the original way too many times now. A club shud really give that a spin for something different, i have before as a DJ, people came up asking what the remix was called afterwards cos they really liked it.

I thni im right with my theory of Will wanting Party Starter out when he's threw with filming, that way he can promote it properly and make the best out of it. Will's never released singles quickly like other big artists. We just always want things to come out quick cos we are fans and we worry. L&F is doing ok, a whole lot more potential that B2R and still got plenty of sales to be had, and thats all that matters, Will knows he's back with a good album and that his music is popular again to a decent standard. Thats cool Sam, Im a huge Green Day Fan, One of the few good american punkrock bands around today. American Idiot is an amzing album and i think that lyrically hip-hop fans could really get into it even if they aren't guitar based band fans. Hip-Hop and rock may not always go together but it shows crews listen to it both with a passion

why are you guys so shocked and angry, its expected the album will keep slipping until things pick up at the end of summer with Party Starter.

Sam im sure you could find a common ground with your friends music taste. I am boht into Hip-Hop and Rock music, there are several artists that your friends maybe interested in. Beastie Boys, Linkin Park, De La Soul.. a lot have rock based fans.
