  1. Ahh....tough one. I'm gonna go with Talib Kweli only becuz his latest album is much better than Mod Def's latest album. Talib Kweli vs. Q-Tip
  2. I work at The Picture People. Since the main reason we used 2 get those Finish Line CDs waz becuz a girl i work with waz going out with a guy at Finish Line. There is a cute girl that works there now...maybe i should start talking 2 her...just so i can't get hands on their current CD...ha ha.
  3. Cassidy Cassidy vs. Kurupt (I wanted 2 put somebody with more skillz against him but i wanted 2 make it more fair)
  4. Go 2 the official WS message board and and open up the post titled something like "everybody read my rap." Somebody put some wack rap up and thought it waz good. So i just expressed my views that it needed lots of work and posted a very weak, yet slightly humorus rhyme dissing the people on the board.
  5. I never heard of Cuban Link making moves b4 the late 90's. I have a song he did with Jon B from 2001 that i like.
  6. Lakewood Church's weekly sermon featuring Joel Osteen
  7. Yeah, "Sugar Daddy" waz the song i heard a few months ago and really liked...mostly cuz of Mya tho.' I don't see myself liking his album that much, but i'll listen 2 it in a record store. Back 2 the original post tho'...u can't call this guy a vet. Anyone who release an album after 1990 can't be called a vet in the rap game. That's like calling a 90's song "old school."
  8. "Is this article stupid?" Yes "Is is funny" A lil' bit Thanx 4 posting.
  9. I'm not into Cuban Link...but i really want that song he did with Mya.
  10. That's crazy. The Finish Line in my mall (directly across from Picture People...where i work) has a thing that plays the same kinda CDs my work plays. Once in awhile, we borrow their CDs cuz they have better music. I gotta borrow their CD so i can work 2 "If U Can't Dance (Slide)."
  11. Yeah, it's Kel + company. Tim actually posted an interview with them a few months ago.
  12. That's hilarious. Here's a kinda random story. My friend had a run down shed in his yard. It waz probably built in the early 1900's. It waz old, falling apart, and full of junk. Back when we used 2 steal signs, we'd put them all in that shed. About 2 years ago, the city desided that the shed waz a historical peice of crap and wanted it torn down. I think the city actually tore it down...and i'm wondering if they found all those signs. We probably had a few thousand dollars in fines in there...and some prison time. I guess they just loaded all the signs up with the rest of the rubble and took it away.
  13. Born To Reign is easy 2 find...it came out 3 years ago. U can get it at Wal-Mart for $9.72. They just restocked on the FP albums a month or 2 ago.
  14. It's not hard 2 find on ebay on the 12" single. It's also available on CD if u can find the Mr. Magic CD featuring it.
  15. Yo fuq, a few months ago i heard that Jamie Foxx wazn't coming out with a new album after all. I'm hoping that isn't true, but i'm remember being really disappointed when i heard it/read it...so i'm thinkin' it waz coming from a legit source. By the way, Kanye West is on the next episode of Nick Cannon's Wild 'N Out (on the show AND performing). Back on topic... AKON - Belly Dancer
  16. Buy the album. Step up and be a real fan. If someone publicly puts the track up, the both of u will probably be banned. Cuz not buying an album that is easy 2 get is just pathetic.
  17. This movie is ill!! Of course i'm a biased cuz i'm a big Marky Mark fan, but this is the best movie i've seen in a long time. It made me totally forget Batman Begins, Dukes of Hazard, Charlie + The Chocolate Factory and whatever else movies i've seen in the past few months. This Hip-Hop, action-packed, gang related, drama is simply insane. The story is clever and fresh and everyone in the movie holds their own. The vibe in the movie is so strong, i thought we were in the middle of the winter until i went outside. The movie just puts out a strong vibe. There also bits of comedy put thru' out it. The music in the movie great...lots of 60's and 70's soul in the movie. If there's a soundtrack, i'm gettin' it. There is some very emotional moments and some very light hearted ones. There's also a good bit of violence including close up shootings/stabbings. Not 2 mention the deaths of 2 or 3 characters u get close 2. It definitly earned it's R rating. All i gotta say is that i'm seeing this movie again...and soon. This is the 1st movie i've seen more than once since Hitch. See it!!
  18. I KNEW IT!! I KNEW IT!!! I waz watching that Pussycat Dolls video the other day and waz thinking 2 myself "one of those girls had 2 be in that group Eden's Crush." Sure enuff, those links confirmed it. I actually got The Eden's Crush CD single back then, and just recently i got their album (used for $1).
  19. Fresh Ta Def, why do u post so many FP topics on the OFF TOPIC BOARD!?!?! That makes no sense.
  20. I don't think u can really call these greatest hits since most trax weren't even released as singles. A Greatest Hits tracklisting is pretty limited 2 what hit and not what missed...or wazn't even released. These are more like compilations.
