  1. Here He Comes: 7 (Would've been higher if we hadn't of already heard it on Westwod)) Party Starter: 9 (WOuld've been a 6/7 in March because I wasn't really feeling it but I'm loving it at the moment) Switch: 8 (I love it now, still sounds AMAZING in a club) Mr. Niceguy: 7 (Funny, but could've been a bit longer) Ms. Holy Roller: 8 (excellent) Lost & Found: 9.5 (Almost perfect, fave track of the album) Tell Me Why: 9 (deep, should make people stand up and take notice) I Wish I Made That: 9 (the truth, and it needed to be said) Swagga: 6 (Never really liked it, his flow seems strange to me) Pump Ya Brakes: 9 (gotta love this. jjfp, and snoop (altho his verse sucked)) If U Can't Dance (Slide): 6 (likeable, nice little story) Could U Love Me: 9 (love this track, have always loved the beat) Loretta: 9 (classic serious fp story telling) Wave Em Off: 5 (gotta love the message, but agree with Cata - the hook can be annoying) Scary Story: 8 (cool story, flow is on point) Switch R&B Remix: 6 (don't really see the point of this track) Comin to the Stage: 9 (amazing beat, one of my favourites right from the start) We Wont: 6 (I don't like the hook, some of is allright but all that 'arsonist' stuff isn't to my liking) The Chosen One: 9.4 (This song is amazing, almost on a par with Lost & Found)
  2. I've heard it 4 times in total, 3 times in the past 2 days....
  3. I assume the album is mixed track end-to-end with no gaps? Same as Hiphop forever 2? :stickpoke:
  4. heard it again on the radio today... couldn't get any release date info out of the dj tho...
  5. 6 degrees... "my sh!t always works sometimes!"
  6. I never heard Radio 1 play Switch once, and we had it on a good few days at work over that period. I heard Switch probably about 10 times on Galaxy during March, April and May.

  15. Hey guys, I noticed there was a program on tv tonight called 'The Hip Hop Years'. I thought I'd watch it to see what it was like, it would probably suck. Well, I turned it on just over an hour ago and guess who I see, the very first frame, even before the title screen? You got it - FP! I couldn't not watch it with it starting off like that. It's been great so far, and there's another 2 episodes to come. They're up to about 1981 at the moment so I reckon on tomoro nights episode they're definitely gonna get up to the early 90's - they've gotta talk about JJFP. Anyway, here's the schedule - check it out if you want... 00:10 Wednesday (Think of it as Tuesday since it's just past midnight!) Channel 4 The Hip Hop Years A definitive three-part history of the volatile and innovative musical genre. This second programme focuses on how hip-hop and rap replaced rock as America's biggest-selling music genre. Featuring interviews with Ice T, Daryl McDaniels from Run DMC, MC Hammer, and Chuck D from Public Enemy 00:10 Thurs 29th (Think of it as Wednesday since it's just past midnight!) Channel 4 The Hip Hop Years The final programme in this three-part history charts the rise and fall of gangsta rap and the continued international success of hip-hop. Recent years have seen a marked shift in hip-hop towards music with a more openly populist appeal through artists like Eminem, Missy Elliot and Method Man
  16. that sucks. I know I've now voted over 2000 times. I reckon all these votes and polls and competitions and stuff might just be a gimmick to get people to visit the websites, they could just throw on whatever they wanted and nobody would know...
  17. nice site. It's cool that Robin Thicke's with them. Just don't let lorettaville know you can contact them or they'll be overwhelmed...
  18. excellent article - apart from the bit about meeting Jeff at age 12... thanks for posting :2thumbs:
