1. I don't really like Candy a whole lot......makes my teeth rot. :touche:
2. I remember hearing that a while ago. She was a great character on the show.
3. Will Smith is apparently producing a new sitcom that will be loosely based on FPofBA. The news I got was that he wouldn't be staring but possibly appearing in a recurring guest role. I'll try to find that source. Ok the show is called "All of Us" and is based on his relationship with Jada. It's been picked up for a second season on UPN.
4. Focus on promoting the new record and buying it when it comes out. If that album sells well, there will be a good chance they'll re-released the old albums.
5. I hope so but I'm not gonna get excited till I see a source.
6. I got it today and listened to about half of it. Kweli is pretty solid as usual. Not really a weak track....the only issue I have is that none of the tracks really grab me like some of his old ones did. Right now I'd say Reflection Eternal is prolly his best (apart from Black Star), Quality is his second, and this one is bringing up the rear. Still dope though, don't misinterpret my feelings towards the album like it sucks cuz it doesn't.
7. The Roots.....ok they get their critical respect and such, but it still has yet to translate into mass record sales. The Pharcyde......dropped two amazing albums that ranks among the best in any genre of music. Public Enemy.....no disrespect to KRS 1 but it seems like conscious/politcal cats today give him too much credit and ignore PE. When I was going up it was all about PE....KRS 1 was kind of on the fringe. KRS 1 is a dope emcee and philosopher but PE was bringing the noise.
8. I'm from Canada........which version is on the greatest hits here? Same as the U.S. prolly.
9. I know the version off of the greatest hits but I came across another version that sounded a little bit different. Less drum heavy a little or organic sounding. Anyone know where it's from.
10. Most people forget that Will battled his demons too. Not nessesarily with drugs and alchohol but he did file for bankruptcy in 89 I believe. So the reason he seems so smart on it is that he's had a little adversity along the way and pushed through it.
11. Carlton - ...and i'm sick of all the short jokes. I'm Average height. Will - For a Woman. (From Grumpy Young Men) Carlton - Will this is your first day and I think your rubbing a lot of people the wrong way. Will - Here in Boys Town I don't want to be rubbing anyone any way. (from Day Damn One) Will - You really need to loosen up, we're young, we're single......One of us is really handsome the other is you. (Will to Carlton from You Bet your Life.) Will - Ahhhhhhh, I could Kill that Carlton. Geoffrey - Master William if your serious I could make a call. Will - I was just kidding G. Geoffrey - Me too. (from Grumpy Young Men) Carlton - Your problem is that you can't understand or respect women because your not in touch with your femanin side. Will - Well your problem is that your not in touch with anybodies femanin side (from Will's Misery)
12. It's in season 4. I'm not sure the title but it was later in the season from what I remember.
13. Favourite episode is when Will and Carlton go to court against Phil over non-payment of rent. The whole pool party scene and the different perspectives are just hilarious. I also like the episode where they get arrested and accused of stealing a car.
14.

Jimmy Eat World - Futures
You have that already, I didn't think it was out yet? Defo get it when its out
I have a leak of it. You can get it up on soulseek pretty easy. Not to condone piracy....cuz I fully intend to get this album when it drops.
15. Happy birthday my man from all the old school fans in Vancouver, Canada.
16. In my decks lately...has been Marvin Gaye - What's Going On Jimmy Eat World - Futures Dert - Fledgling (A beatape that is a cross between Jazz and hip hop). K-os - Joyful Rebellion
17. I'm from Canada so up here the team I follow is the BC Lions. In the NFL I have a very sentimental attacthment to San Francisco but I don't see them doing much this year. I also like Seattle....(closest city to where I am that has a team.).
18.
whatsup man..good to see another true ol skool jjfp fan representing... yeah jazzys groove is definitely my favorite track off and in this corner.. you didnt see them perform that on letterman did you?
sorry, I missed it, but if you can dig up video on it....I sure love to check that out.
19. The first Bad Boys I think gained in popularity after Will Smith's career took off. When he did that film he was still basically know as a rapper and sitcom star, not a big action here. Martin Lawrence got top billing over him.
20. I can totally picture will as a bad guy, but maybe not a total villain. Anyways he did kind of play a villain in 6 degrees already.
21. That's back when JJFP and Ready Rock C were still buddy buddy.
22. Man...I don't get Nick at Night where I live. Actually I don't even have cable. It was fly when one of the local stations I could get off the antenna had it, but they replaced it a while back. Still I manged to tape most the episodes, and I am working on getting VCD versions of them all.
23. Man it would be nice though. I hope they get round to releasing this soon for real.
24. I've been kind of roaming the web to find out stuff on JJFP for a while now. It seems nowadays there just isn't a lot of stuff out there on Will's Early career and FP of Bel-Air. This site has been a dream....thanks a lot to the person that made it. Anyways, I've been a JJFP fan for a while now. I was a fan pre-belair, circa around the time "....and in this corner" dropped. I have all the records both Will and Jazz's (minus the greatest hits). My favourite JJFP song is Jazzy's Groove and "...and in this corner" is my favourite record, followed closely by Code Red. Anyways, I plan to stick around for a while. Thanks for having me in advance.
