  1. I know there are a few fans of Digable Planets on this board, so i had 2 share. While i waz checking 4 music 2day, i found a newly released greatest hits album 4 Digable Planets. I can't remember the actual title of the album, but it has all their biggest singles and most popular songs along with 2 previously unreleased songs and 2 remixes. The art work is reminiscent of their Blowout Comb album. I'm definitly getting this soon...DP really needs 2 come back.
  2. HIERO IMPERIUM presents THE CORNER (da album) (2005)
  3. Nothing new or very interesting here...just wanted 2 share. I waz looking thru' music 2day and found a 4-disc CD set called something like The No. 1 Hip-Hop + R-N-B Album which featuring all kinds of music. It had everything from top 10 hits like 2Pac's "How Do U Want It", to Jazzy Jeff + Jill Scott's "We Live In Philly" to artists i've never even heard of. I don't really plan on picking up the album, but it waz cool 2 see they got some of Jeff's music on there.
  4. I think it would have been cool if they released it in smaller sets where they clumped the genres 2gether, so they didn't cut any of the performances. If they released a 2-DVD set of the Hip-Hop and R-N-B acts, then one for the rock acts, one 4 the pop acts and so on, they could cater 2 the fans better, and make it more affordable.
  5. LL COOL J - Rasta Impasta (Unreleased) (1998)
  6. LL COOL J - Set It Off In New York (Unreleased) (probably 1995ish)
  7. No, she's just a really good friend. We talked about seeing what else is there but the timing hasn't been right yet. We'll see. That waz actually taken at the photography studio i work at.
  8. Ladies do Love Cool James. He rocked the mic at the HHH...period.
  9. LL COOL J - Stand By Your Man (Hip-Hop Mix) Stand By Your Man CD Single - 14 Shots To The Dome (1993)
  10. I'm watchin' the rerun right now. In the very beginning, i think i saw Jeff from a distance up on a balcony that waz stage right....as in the left side of the TV screen. Not sure, but i THINK it waz him.
  11. Here's a pic me and my friend took last nite.
  12. DESTINY'S CHILD - Girl Destiny Fullfilled (2004) I slept on this album 4 so long, even tho' i bought it the day it dropped....what a good album!
  13. Big Daddy Kane is one of the illest ever. He may not plan on releasing an album, but he still collabs with Hip-Hop's best from time 2 time...like Prince Paul. When it comes 2 Hip-Hop artists, i think it's important 2 never say never. After all, FP retired from Hip-Hop in 1995...ha ha.
  14. ACE OF BASE - Beautiful Morning :::off their album from 2002 that wazn't released in the US::: (2002)
  15. TONI BRAXTON -Trippin' (That's The Way It Works) Libra (2005) If this isn't the next single, Blackground is CrAzY!!
  16. I would date a Ninja Turtle any day...but i'd never even give Mike Jones a 2nd glance if i waz a female.
  17. I love Kid 'N Play!! They are easily one of my favorite groups. Kid has done alot of acting on TV sitcoms (like Sister Sister) and hosted a show or 2. Play has been active in church, working on Hip-Hop/Gospel musicals and stuff. XXL did an article on them about 5 years ago. It said how they don't talk 2 often but remain cool. They don't have any plans 2 reunite but said that people should never say never. Kid waz actually working on new music a few years ago with Def Jef, but i later heard someone on this board say he didn't think it waz time 2 try 2 release any music. Like JJ+FP, i'd do anything 2 get a new album from them. If u like Kid 'N Play...and u like JJ+FP's Code Red album, u should get the House Party 3 soundtrack. They are definitly 2 different groups, but their career and sounds have always paralleled each other.
  18. Wow, that's depressing. If i waz a multi-platnium selling artist, i don't think i'd ever part with my plaqs. I remember looking for LFO stuff a year or 2 ago and seeing that Brad was selling stuff on ebay. I'm pretty sure it waz him cuz it waz cloths that he wore in a few music videos. He wazn't really broke tho'...he owns a record label. I would imagin people in that position just might be cleaning house when they are in the spotlight as much anymore. Who knows.
  19. Yeah, it's a mix. No track really starts and ends, but at the same time, they aren't slowly blended (overlapping). It kinda sucks cuz when i burn a copy 4 my car, i'll have 2 second gaps between each track. Either way, if u like real soul music, u'll like this. I just wish Jill Scott, Musiq, and Floetry waz on it. Kenny Lattimore 2!
  20. I don't really dislike anything he does. I just wish he'd do more music videos and go on tour.
