I think it's Vernon Kay's show that's been showing in the UK for a few months, I never really watched it because I didn't fancy listening to the music, but Vernon is a well funny guy!

I wouldn't have thought people would be allowed/advised to perform new tracks because if they don't go down well it makes the whole event look bad, not just the artist.
