1. Will has had an amazing career that has been going almost 20 years. I'm sure he'll forget a few things now and again.
2.
realbigwillie thats great.. and who is in your no. 1 spot? that you have met
The No.1 spot is taken up by a Beatle, Sir Paul McCartney. So Will coming in 2nd place is pretty damn good, and he now beats Sam Jackson.
i dont think he would have looked like a crazy fan if he just asked whats up with the music...
I know I could have asked him about his music, I did say I have been a fan for ages. But I just met the man, it was quite a shock. I didn't want to ask him when is the new album out or what is it gonna be like. Like I said, I have some experience with celebs and some of them just hate talking about thier career so it's just best to avoid it unless they mention it first.......and he didn't. I didn't want to push him incase he got all Ali on my ass. :boxing: I didn't want to intrude too much on his night with his wife. He is a VERY busy man so I thought it best to leave them alone after a while. If you meet a celeb for the first time, you don't wanna piss them off. You never know if your paths will cross again. It has been over 24 hours now, and I still can not believe it. Jada did look damn hot though.
3. No it was not in London. No I didn't ask him about new music. I wanted to, but he was there to support his wife and not promote himself. Plus I didn't want to come across as some sort of crazy fan and scare him off. I have had a bit of experience with some of the celebs of the world, and I always find that if you don't go crazy over them they respect you much more. They are only human after all. Plus the lyrics to "Twinkle Twinkle" kept running thorugh my mind while I was talking to him.
WHen u said u met Jada i was like damn...but then u even met Will himself, daaayyuummm
How do you think I felt. he was standing inches away from me while I was flirting with his wife. He was cool though, he knew it was just a bit of fun. I thought great I'm talking to Will Smith's wife....................then I turn around. Remember this guy played Muhamed Ali.
You are so damn lucky! You met Samuel L. Jackson too before?!! Is running into celebrities an everyday occurance for you?
I wouldn't say everyday, but it does happen a lot. I do work next to a very big and popular concert arena. So I do get to meet celebs of all kinds, some HUGE some not so huge. I have met that many even I can't remember all of them. Will really is the nicest man I have ever met. He so down to earth, if you didn't know who he was you would not believe he is a Hollywood superstar.
4. You know that Jada is supporting Britney Spears on her tour? Well Ms Spears was “singing” here where I live. It just so happens that I work in a restaurant next to where she is “singing”. Anyway getting to the point, Jada walks in to my workplace for a little something to eat and I met her. I was talking to her for a while and me being me I start to flirt a little with Mrs Will Smith (I flirt with EVERYONE). Jada was looking damn fine. I then ask her how Will is, she asks me politely to turn around, which I do. And who is standing behind me as I am flirting with Big Will’s wife? Yup, the main man himself, Mr Will Smith. Even I don’t believe who I met and I was there at the time. He was super cool though. Damn great man. Had a chat to him and the missus for a while too…….I then went and cooked them something a little special to make up for chatting up his wife. He and Jada are really loved up to, they make a great couple. I have rubbed shoulders with quite a few famous peeps over the years, but Big Will has just knocked Sam Jackson from the number 2 slot. I have been a fan of Will’s since we were both kids and almost 20 years later I finally got to meet him. Now I have met him, I admire him much more than I ever did before. I can die a happy man now.
5. They saying MJ could get 74 years.
6.
My Ali has got a lot of extras , its got: the making of Ali behind the scenes cast and crew soundbites trailer I wonder if i have the new dvd then, if not i guess i will have to buy a new 1.
Mine is the same (2disc), but I wouldn't call that a lot of extras. It does not have commentary by director Michael Mann. So it's not the same one. This new version sounds much better.
7. And it's 1:47 AM here in England......what is this, time check?
8. Damn, I just brought Ali on DVD, guess I got to get it again now.
9. I have actually used "listen up toots............" on various girls. And it had worked everytime too. Thanks Will
10. I think I, Robot looks the better film out of the two. But Spidey already has the fan base there.
11.
MIBII was able to compete wit Spiderman back in the summer of '02(I liked both of them) so I Robot should be able to compete wit Spiderman 2 this summer.
Excatly. Sequels to films pretty much always do better than a new film. That's cos people know what to expect and they want to see the next instalment. I, Robot, an all new film no one really know what they are gonna get with this. Spidey 2, a sequel to one of the biggest films in recent years.
12. ID4 has loads of life in it. They only took out the mothership. Where did the aliens actualy come from? Look at MIB, other than my suggestion up there for a new one. What else is there left?
13. I've been saying the same thing for ages. I'm 28 in 3 months. That's 28. I remember when I was 18 thinking 30 seems ages away...............it aint. The older you get, the faster the years fly by........................don't waste em' kids. Live each day as if it were your last. Cos one day, it will be. :rbw:
14. I don't get it. Will turns down ID42 but wants to do a MIB3? Personaly I think there is a lot more story to be had out of ID42 than another MIB. :dunno:
15. I can be a bit full of myself, hey I'm good at what I do so why not? One of the guys at work today said I was conceded. I told him "I ain't conceded, I'm as good as I say I am". Also I was chatting to a friend of mine that had recently spilt up with her boyfriend. I told her "Ain't no pain like form the opposite sex, it's gonna hurt bad but don't take it out on the next". Thing is, I just said them without thinking. Anyone else use any Will lines from songs or films?
16. I think it was the first time Jazz appeared and he started scratching on Uncle Phil's classical records. That was damn funny.
17. He sure is busy. It'll probably quicker to say what he is'nt doing.
18. Asking which is better, BWS or Willennium is pretty much like asking............. Which is better new or old school? I think it comes down to that really. Willennium is much more for the old school fan. Where as BWS is more new school. :slap:
19. I'm gonna be in Florida on July 4th. Not only will there be huge celebrations for obvious reasons. It's also the day of the Euro 2004 final. Which means nothing to my American cousins, but a hell of a lot to little ole English me. I just hope I can get to see the final while I'm out there in the US.............I'll be the one carrying the HUGE England flag......that is if England make it to the final. Anyway getting back on topic. I think Spidey will beat Will too............my Spidey sense is tingling.
20. If you can wait a while. MP4 is coming soon. Basicly the same as MP3 but with video now. So you can watch Will as well as listen to him.
21.
p.s.  Why do all these JJ+FP related posts keep showing up on this off-topic board?  1st the "best love song by Will" post, then this?!?
It's like I said before. Too many boards on here, and it does confuse some people. There is a lot of stuff that could be put into one board.
22.
big willie style is rubbish filled with horrible ripped off beats with no originality and will rapping way 2 much abt his money cars fame etc... willennium is a hip hop classic filled with great ol skool raps..and some of the best music ever in a rap album :hyper: :hyper:
Yeah I agree. But BWS is still a great album. But if I were to try to get a newcomer to listen to Will, I'd suggest Willennium. It's his best work yet.
23. How about Sony? I think Jeff should sign him up.
24. Ahhhhhhhhhhh, I didn't know you wanted a tune for your gal. Everyone always go for the soppy love crap, but I'd rather use a little humor like.... "Let's Get Busy Baby" Cos you just can't beat the line "listen up toots I like your looks. I used to see girls like you in them girly books". She'll love it.
25. Yeah I love this one too. Just kick back, crack open a cold un' and chill. "So many zeros on my check it's like Ooooooooooooooooooooooooh" As for what Will is saying at the end..............................as far as I can make out, nothing at all. It just fades out with no vocal at all.
