oh the bleep test, i forgot about those, it used to go around out school "its bleep test day". So many people "forgot" thier gym kit that day lol. If i had to choose between the bleep test and suicide, id rather do suicide.

i think get homebase next, its the most similar to code red so if u liked that one im sure you'll like homebase. Then the other 3 albums are quite different i think, then u really get into the old skool. my first jjfp album was hes the dj and it was so weird to go from bws and willenium to that.

hmm i think ive had it but its only lasted a few days. Someone i didnt really think about before then for just a few days i keep thinking about them. Then one day it stops, it must be a woman thing. I dont know how i stopped it, it just went out of my mind as quickly as it went in lol.

we used to do those in PE lessons (do u call it PE in america) gym class or whatever. i used to hate them, we usually did it in the cold before playing hockey. It was hell.

i know just how u feel! Start out the diet slowly, i cant just go from one day of junk food into a completely healthy day. I think it would be easier to slowly cut junk out of your diet over a week or so. Ive been meaning to start doing this since christmas haha, i swear im gonna start 2moro lmao. When i work out i try and do something where my mind is busy at the same time. Im rubbish at running (which ive been trying recently) coz all i can think about it how much i wanna stop. I used to do dancing and martial arts coz instead if focusing on the pain i had to think of my next move. I try and go the gym now, i listen to my ipod and watch the tv at the same time so i dont have to think about the pain. But i know how it is, i havnt been there for a few weeks, coz when u get back home from work im so not gonna go the gym.

great post AJ. ive always been a positive person, and that positivity got me thru a lot and im out the other side now. Only recently ive been a bit more negative in life and have been focusing on the bad things. Hopefully i'll see sence soon and pull myself together, theres no point in worrying about stuff.

The only reason religion causes problems is because people arnt tolerant of other people. Some people find a lot of comfort from religion e.g. like schnazz said, his girl finds comfort that she will see her father some day. Some people see no point to religion and thats fine with me. People who are religious dont need to shove it down peoples throats, and people who arnt religious dont need to try and change peoples minds. If it gives someone comfort then leave it.

If u want a bad video watch the uncensored r kelly fiesta video and nerd lapdance video, then watch Wills and see which one is degrading. Will treats women with respect and keeps to that in his songs and his videos. If it were up to you lerkot, what would u want the women in the clubs to be doing and wearing?

from a womans point of view i have no problem with the girls in Wills videos. The girls in switch just wear what girls wear in clubs, come on now, we dont wear long dresses and cardigans now. Other rappers women have to get bleeped out half the time, they have tops off, girl on girl action, just tastless stuff. Wills women are sexy, the girls in the other videos are trashy. Also Will has some of the best videos of any artist, all original, all fun. "and the videos i make, like Mike in the 80's". btw im 21.
