Ha...totally POH era. Whoever that kid is, he ain't so "yung" now. -
He is truly one of the most level headed and positive cats out there based on this interview. I'm waiting for new music from him!

I can't blame him. He has a great and very successful set of movies here. But it's about time for Bad Boys to get off the ground. I think it's important that Bay is the director. The fact that most of the team from Bad Boys worked on Bad Boys 2 is what made it the amazingly dope movie that it is.

RICH CRONIN - Hazel Eyes (2006?) Rich was dating this girl, Meredith, for a while and wrote this song for her (she's the girl in the pic). The remained friends and when he passed she put the song up for everyone to hear. Not sure if anyone here might like it.

I'm hyped because they are coming to DC in September and I just got tickets!! AD is one of the few groups in Hip-Hop and I feel is truly flawless. Their lyrics and vocals are on point, as is their production. Their live show is great, and best of all, they are some of the coolest people you'd every wanna meet. I'm rehearsing for a show so I've been stuck listening to the music for that, but the few times that I've listened to this new album, I've loved every song. Next month I'll really get to dig into it.

GAVLYN - Hour Glass (2012) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rwTT_QTSrPY&feature=related I love her sound. Icky Minaj should give this a listen so she knows why she should quit recording.

He's just entertaining people. I don't see what your problem is with it. He's talented and people love him. Television and film aren't exactly helping take his career to the next level (if that's even what he wants). If he's having a good time and making some money off it and spreading joy doing...what's the problem?

I wouldn't say we've got NOTHIN.' We know music has been recorded. We got the verse on the Summertime 3 mixtape. We've seen him perform a few places.

Jada Pinkett Smith on the Divorce Rumors: Enough Already! By Maggie Coughlan 08/10/2012 at 10:05 AM EDT Jada Pinkett Smith Courtesy ESSENCE Will Smith See more photos, news and a full bio Jada Pinkett Smith is an experienced hand at dealing with rumors she's headed for divorce. "It seems like that happens at least once a year, or at least once every two years," Pinkett Smith, 40, tells September's Essence. "It's rumored that we're getting a divorce. But no. We're not getting a divorce. Where am I gonna go? Where am I going to go?" she says of her 15-year marriage to husband Will Smith. "That's my boo. It's like he's another part of me." The Madagascar 3 star, who is mom to Jaden, 14, and Willow, 11, knows that living her life in the spotlight comes with consequences. Aside from defending her relationship with Smith, 44, Pinkett Smith is now dealing with how the public perceives her daughter as she steps out into a musical career. "How people feel about Willow is how people feel about Willow. But what I'm most concerned about is how Willow feels about herself," she says. "She's an independent, courageous, genius, talented little girl. I'm happy for her, that she can just be who she is." It was Willow who recently made a discovery that changed Pinkett Smith's life. After Willow shared with the viral Kony 2012 video about child soldiers in Uganda, Pinkett Smith was driven to learn more about how she could help endangered children, specifically victims of sex trafficking. She's since urged Congress to fight trafficking, launched a website and met with victims. "We're all affected by this," she says. "And one woman is one woman too many. We have to extend beyond ourselves" to help those who've been enslaved.

Pumped Up Kicks (Like Me) [Official Video]
JumpinJack AJ replied to Da Brakes's topic in Will Smith Movies
I agree that the Jaden's video was shot well. I like the fun vibe of the song but the lyrics aren't anything special, which is fine for a party track. My only real issue is that the vocals are TIRED. He just doesn't have any presence on the mic. And someone please buy that kid some respectable pants. -
SNOOP LIONY LION - REGGAE ALBUM
JumpinJack AJ replied to JumpinJack AJ's topic in Caught in the Middle
When he says he's doing a reggae album, I assume he means the sound and the vibe of the album and that he'll be rhyming over a new sound. If he actually tried to singer like a reggae singer, no one would take it seriously. Heavy D always threw a reggae joint on his album so he's reggae album was a completely organic (and amazing) transition. Snoop's is going to take work.- 6 replies

I really like it. You own the beat with the flow and the production is SICK! It's a great mix of classic modern Hip-Hop with an unique twist 2 the sound. It's definitely a track to be proud of.

SNOOP LIONY LION - REGGAE ALBUM
JumpinJack AJ replied to JumpinJack AJ's topic in Caught in the Middle
I'd like to think Snoop Lion is the alter-ego name for the project...NOT a serious name change. I say this because it's probably one of the stupidest rap names ever...LOL. Besides, would this name stick?? I'm guessing . I'm interested in the reggae project but I'm gonna want a regular Hip-Hop from him in the future. I like the idea that he's going to take a lyrical shift for the "kids and grandparents."- 6 replies
