I can't agree with that. FP is highly talented and he's come a long way. Money-making dosen't exactly have alot 2 do with talent. FP made that much cuz he's smart, he makes the right movies at the right time and he's built a career that is respected by millions. People see his movies 2 see him...not just the movie. He's one of the hardest working people in the business, that's why he is where he is 2day. I think he dose deserve all the good things that come 2 him, he is talented, he dose work hard, he takes care of his family and friends, and most importantly, he's a good person.

The 1st disc includes all the Jackson 5, 70's solo stuff, a demo and rare stuff from The Wiz, and a few trax from Off The Wall. Disc 2 has stuff from Thriller and the era around it...including demo trax and a track from Captain EO. Disc 3 has stuff from Bad, Dangerous a demo and alternate mixes of Dangerous trax. Disc 4 concentrates and HIStory, Blood Is On The Dance Floor and Invincible, this one has some good b-sides and deomos. I haven't seen the DVD yet. Over all tho', looking as disc 2-4, there are 17 trax u won't find on his solo albums!! I got mine as Wal-Mart in the Music DVD section for $45. I'm assuming that's the cheapest u'll find it. All MJ fans need 2 go out and pick this up, if u love Michael Jackson, u are in 4 some good stuff. Since he dosen't release albums very often anymore, this should keep us happy 4 a lil' bit. Oh yeah, there's also 60-page book loaded with pictures, essays, and music credits.

MICHAEL JACKSON - On The Line Wow! This is the 1st time i've heard this song...not sure if it has been released until now...but it's lyrically amazing. Feels like a wrote this song with him.

Yeah, BEP really did big things in the past year and a half while also altering their style. I can't wait 2 hear the new stuff...and i'll gladly support their solo projects. I think Damita-Jo waz a good album, but some of it waz underproduced with slick sounds and just wasn't as good as her past stuff. Every artist has an album like that once in a while tho.'

Most true skool Hip-Hop fans have respect 4 the pioneer artists like FP, LL, Biz Markie, and so on...but since their music dosen't always hit the charts, they either don't know they are still doing their thing, or they think their newer stuff is weak. Radio can play G-Unit and Chingy if they want...but why not give Talib Kweli and Brand Nubian a spin 2. It's a one sided game that hurts talent and creativity, yet supports average talent 2 no talent who get played by the record companies, and don't even care about making music...only making money.

Yeah, 2 think Hip-Hop/Rap started with 2Pac and Biggie is rediculous. 2Pac pioneered a certain style, and i think Biggie just made the NY scene very popular (no 2 insult him...but i don't think his lyrics were that impressive). 2 me, their murders kinda ended the era of the commercial state of Hip-Hop. The early years, going on in2 the mid-90's were filled with progression of Hip-Hop, it's different styles and subcultures. Alot of people, think that The Chronic, All Eyez On Me, and Ready To Die were the 1st real rap albums out, which is so ignorant. 2 be ignorant 2 what came b4 and the underground stuff of 2day is anything but knowing what Hip-Hop really is. Before 2Pac and Biggie's murders, half of the hardcore Hip-Hop and Gangsta Rap had substance, and even tho' it wazn't what alot of us wanted, it wazn't that bad. When they passed, it seems like all this C-level artists got attention and the music went 2 hell. Commercially, most of the stuff since then hasn't been very good. U had The Fugee's blowing up...Nas, the continued success of A Tribe Called Quest and De La Soul, then Big Willie Style, OutKast, Black Eyed Peas, but 4 the most part, the artists and the music hasn't been any good and the true talent never shines thru.' I think that if they were still around, 2Pac would have taken Hip-Hop 2 new levels. He wanted off Deathrow and talked about dropping more introspective stuff like Me Against The World and music with no explict lyrics.

I do believe we are in the end times...the world is in an awful state with no chance of a better living. If the world dosen't end in the upcoming years, i think the human race itself will end it themselves. It waz all written...

I've been looking 4 it 4 ages....i wonder if it's really out in the US!?! I'll keep my eye open 4 it. I have NEVER seen this movie. I just never bothered 2 get it on VHS.

Ha ha...FP called it on that one. I wonder what he really expected from an experimental album like Born To Reign. I also remember checkin' this interview back in 2002.

Well, 2 me, that makes FP the highest earning emcee. Sure, most of the money came from films, but Born To Reign, along with "Black Suits Comin'" and the few shows he did that year. He nearly doubled how much Eminem and Dr. Dre made so i think that giving them the credit is simply FP being overlooked since he's commercially known more 4 his acting these days. Of course, we could put it this way....Eminem waz the highest earning for a "Rap Act"....Fresh Prince would be the highest earning in "Hip-Hop."

I wonder if he also would be considered 4 the "Highest Annual Earning By An Emcee" also.

I like the idea of Jermaine Dupri handeling things...but that's gonna be weird since Jimmy Jam + Terry Lewis always did b4. When he says it'll sound like her earlier stuff, i hope he dosen't mean stuff like "R&B Junkie" which waz just a bad recreation of her 80's stuff. Black Eyed Peas i welcome back. It'll be interesting 2 see if they came keep the success coming since they aren't gonna cuss up a storm and bling out like all the other stuff people are buying. They truely are one of the only Hip-Hop acts keeping things true. I hope this new album is a bit more like their older stuff.

RUN-DMC - Pause Classic party joint. I'm familiar with about 3 track off their Back From Hell album, but i just recently got it. It's crazy hearing Run-DMC stuff that i wazn't that familiar with. The early 90's is one of my favorite eras of music and Run-DMC really stepped outta their comfort zone on this album.

U always gotta put words in peoples' mouths. Neither of us said that. However, generally, people who are in2 true-skool Hip-Hop tend 2 have similar opinions as we do. And why do we always get called out when most of the other people who have spoke on the topic agree with us!? The people who actually think 2Pac waz done right on the production tip for Loyal To The Game are, like u, are fans of Eminem, G-Unit, and all that stuff. Their standards have nothing 2 do with real Hip-Hop...just commerical radio crap.

There isn't really an excuse 2 just download the albums. People who say they are hard 2 get aren't looking hard enuff. It took me years 2 find some of the JJ+FP stuff i have, but it's cuz i put time in2 looking 4 it and the money 2 get it.

The group went 3 ways and they all carried an equal amount. Aside from being the beatbox of the group, he co-wrote some of the songs, he waz a dancer, and kinda even a hype man. Ready Rock C put in crazy work and is one of the most overylooked and underrated people in old skool Hip-Hop history. People down with Hip-Hop back then know how important he is 2 pioneering the music.

It's hard 2 imagin that an earthquake and some tidal waves can do so much...and that they can be that intense. We truly are in the end times (don't let that come off makin' me sound like Daedulus).

Yeah, that's awful. That news is very depressing. One of my friends is doing missionary work there and nobody can get a hold of her. It's kinda scary. I'm praying 4 eveyone effected by that.

Pain always sticks out most at Christmas time. Since it's supposed 2 be one of the happiest times of the year, the littlest thing in life stands out twice as big if it's not good. I myself have a few things that made it a lil' hard, but the beauty of the season and of what it's really all about have kept me pretty strong...let me rephrase that, VERY STRONG. I'm sorry 2 hear about your loss Julie. I send my prayers out 2 your family. Just stay strong and keep faith that it isn't the last time u have 2 see him. This world is just a distraction 2 better things that are yet 2 come...and Christmas is a big part of that.

The thing with LL is, he dose well without keeping his albums in the top 10. It's kinda funny, that's what he's done with the last few. The last album he really promoted with waz Mr. Smith...which did insanely well. He's starting 2 follow the FP formula by letting his albums survive on their own 2 juggle his family and movie career at the same time.

The CD is trash...unless u gotta own everything, don't get it. It came out in 1999 or 2000. I made the mistake of purchasing Maximum TLC CD which featured alot of incorrect info by annoying narrorators over cheaply produced music. The only saving grace waz the rare pix in the insert and the very short interviews by the girls in the beginning of the trax (some of them being common and heard 100 times b4). So when Maximum Will Smith came out, i didn't get it. However, a few months later i found it for only $3 so i got it. The CD is just as awful as the TLC one i got. However, on FP's, some of his short interviews are over the phone, very pointless, and at some parts, nearly impossible 2 understand cuz they are so poor quality.
