I think it's cool that FP did a spanish and korean version of this song. The subject matter is timeless and colorless...so it's cool he did differnt versions of it. I 4get if both of these other versions or just one of them have totally re-recorded raps from FP. Same lyrics...just re-recorded.

Yeah, the end of 2003 kinda rocked me, things started getting better, then in late 2004, it happened all over again. Since then, i fixed my life (not that 2 much waz really that messed up personally) and things started going pretty good. However, this past fall, some things started getting stressful, but it looks like all that's working out now. So i'm really looking forward 2 what's in store.

Unless they aren't selling any of the previous seasons, they'll release the whole set. I think e-mailing Disney would just be a waste of time an silly.

I clicked on Every Once In A While. I rarely have time 2 just sit down an watch TV...and half of the time i see it on Nick At Nite. I'll probably start a marathon with one of my friends in the spring and we'll watch like 4 episodes every night.

EL DA SENSEI - Relax Relax, Relate, Release (2002) I got this album just cuz it waz 75% off at Borders and it looked like a good underground Hip-Hop album...and i waz right!! Check this guy out! It reminds me of 90's non-commerical Hip-Hop...all the way. He waz in the group Artifacts (which i didn't follow).

I've had some good stuff happening lately. One of my best friends moved away about 3 years ago. He just moved back. On top of that, this girl that i've really wanted 2 get closer 2 is spending more and more time with me. So i'm really hoping things fall in2 place with that after awhile. And the coolest thing that happened is that my good friend, who is the store manager at my work, it leaving. She promised she would stay until July so that i had a chance at getting her position so that i would be eligible 4 the position (otherwise they'd hire someone outside of the store). Well, she got fed up with something and told the District Manager she waz done and that she wanted me 2 get that position even tho' it's about 5 months 2 early. He agreed. Even tho' i planed on FINALLY moving out this summer and getting a new car, that will all happen easier now with this promotion. I guess i'm just asking 4 a smooth transition in2 this position, an easy traning period, and a good raise (not 2 be greedy, but the promotion raises have been kinda crappy this past year). Alot of things going on in my life right now are products of faith. When i didn't feel like i waz moving forward, i stayed in a good attitude and stayed positive. Now, it seems like highly unlikely blessings are falling in2 my lap. Never give up hope or get negative...cuz u'll be limiting yourself from the supernatural blessing that God has in store.

I don't think FP's comments about sales have anything 2 do with how they've neglected the album. 50 Cent and Will Smith are 2 different kinds of artists. They chose 2 push all that Eminem/50 Cent trash becuz they know they will bet every single penny they put in2 promotion back. When they signed FP, they took a chance becuz he isn'ta sell-out, cookie cutter act. He takes chances and makes music from his heart...not depending on what's hot or what sells. They did some okay promotion in the beginning. It took 2 long, but they put out the "Party Starter" video and promo single. Radio and music video stations neglected the single. Interscope should have had a back up plan...but "PS"'s lack of success isn't totally Interscope's fault at all.

Ahhh...i hope the wait is worth it. That's just 4 days b4 my b-day. I'm kinda liking the the new release date. I already have the "We're Gonna Make It" CD promo on it's way 2 me in the mail. I'm hoping 2 get my hands on the "Control Myself" CD promo very soon 2.

I wanna make sure everyone is down 4 it. For now, let's just say that we will do it sometime next week. That way everybody can read this message and those who wanna join myspace can do it and request Jeff as one of their friends. Looking at next week, is there any day of the week that any of us won't have access 2 a computer?

JJ+FP - Urban Music Festival Set (April 16, 2005)

Alright, we all know we can't expect 2 ever get that full "I Wish I Made That (DJ Jazzy Jeff Remix)" that Jeff did nearly a year ago. However, we all know that he can use his myspace page 2 put up whatever he wants. He put up "Are U Ready" for download when Jay Dee passed away. He put up the beat he put 2gether a few weeks ago. I think that every single one of us who are on myspace should leave him a comment on the same day saying "We want that "I Wish I Made That (DJ Jazzy Jeff Remix)." Think about it. If roughly 20 people are requesting it, he may put it up for download even if it's just 4 a few days. HOWEVER, if we deside 2 do it, i think we should all agree on a day so that everyone can contribute. This will also allow those who aren't "Friends" of Jeff's 2 request him AND for those who want 2 set up accounts 2 do so in time. Let me know what u think.
