  1. Go a couple pictures in, there's a a second piece to the controller that's an analog stick.
  2. I don't know if that remote is legit, though I would bet it is. But Nintendo was holding out on it's controller, and they where planning something different. I'm a Nintendo die hard and I loved every controller they've put out. While I'm sure this one actually feels good in the hand and is good for controlling... man it just looks strange for a controller.
  3. Didn't they have that hit in the 90's... "The roof, the roof, the roof is on fire...." At least that song wasn't rap, it was rock. I never heard any of their other stuff though.
  4. Man, things are regressing. Things like this are exactly why government can't be excluded from lawsuits. Why the government can't get a free pass to imprison people indefinately with out due process.
  5. What? I'm down to two crowns? That'll never do, I need to fix that! Now what games has MaxFly not been playing....
  6. And I'll take that score right back, thank you kindly... :davidblaine: ← Don't ya just kinda feel sorry for Hero. He keeps trying to get a crown, any crown, and we keep snatching them right back. So sad. :lolsign:
  7. Ya gotta be an arcade admin (or mod, or whatever it's called in the arcade).
  8. Curse my slow thinking! I shoulda put Hero against someone else instead of me! :)
  9. Ok, no "right" way was available, so I started a new tournament with the four players that made it to the next round. Round two is now ready to go. A side effect of this was that fresh_from_sofia lost her score for this round. Sorry! Her score was 38090, but I'm sure it can be topped. :)
  10. I think there's a bug with the tournament software, this happened before. I PM'ed Hero, to see if he know's how to fix it. I have a couple ideas, but I want to see if he knows the "right" way to do it.
  11. I was playing around with a new style (to me) that I bit off of, well, any modern rapper. The rhyme and the content where just off the top of my head, so not that great, but I wanted to try something different then what I had been doing. What do ya'll think? We all are discussen the things that are disgusten All the different stuff that our government's been busten Nothen ... that's what folks be seemen it's meanen Our intelligent word and slurs, now boards are teamen With teens, twentys, thirties, and forties The culture of today, ain't ok, with sippen forties We'd rather talk about the real sound going down Around the political cultures of our town, we all frown Arguing over who messed up worse, causing more curse Putting more people in the hearse, being terse With our tax dollars, but we holler, over blood Spilled in the mud, the Dome, and Iraq With attacks built on the backs Of lies, cries, and spies sent by our own folks The people who we put in charge by our own vote What the hell? We all hate the evil that's in charge But no one's doing jack to the stack of fat cat's liven so large Acten like we're Gomer and they all are the Sarge Please, stand up, talk back, and buck the trend Don't pretend this the end. You! Go start Black CNN!
  12. Ya probably have seen it, but... http://remixmag.com/mag/remix_natural_collection/ Here's the relevent quote: "On top of mainstream success as an artist (with Will “Fresh Prince” Smith) and a producer, DJ Jazzy Jeff was also one of the top DJs of the late '80s and early '90s. His DJ prowess is best showcased on the track “Live at Union Square, November 1986,” which is featured on hip-hop's first double album, He's the DJ, I'm the Rapper (Jive/Novus, 1988). “Live at Union Square” showcases DJ Jazzy Jeff scratching live while the Fresh Prince hypes the crowd in the old-school fashion. The best part of this track is Jazzy Jeff's groundbreaking performance of the transformer scratch (to a phenomenal crowd response). Although Jazzy Jeff is certainly responsible for popularizing the transformer scratch, he is not its inventor. The transformer is credited to DJ Cash Money, who discovered the effect while enhancing a scratch technique first performed by DJ Spinbad. “Live at Union Square” is one of the earliest and most widely heard recordings of the transformer scratch." The article has some interesting information about DJ's for anyone who doesn't know much history of hip-hop. (and yes, I came across this trying to find answers to the 100-question post :)
  13. D'Angelo - Cruisin' Brown Sugar - 1995 I love every version of this song, but D'Angelo's is my favorite. This disc's great, I highly recommend picking it up.
  14. Wow, anyone who can answer those deserves some major credit. I think I could only get 10 or so off the top of my head.
  15. I'm banken on Brakes taken ya out. :) ← Do you know something I don't!! ← I'm hoping your Sonic skills cross over to all old school games. That and the fact that Hero's seriously lacking in game skills. :stickpoke: :mrt2:
  16. Hahaha, you've already one your first match!
  17. I'm banken on Brakes taken ya out. :)
  18. Alright, the tournament is on! To get to it, click on "View All Tournaments" to get to it. As a courtesy to other players, please don't take excessively long to finish your round. I'm glad to see that njc2b5 isn't in this tourney, but we still have fresh_from_sofia to deal with, it could get brutal. My money's on Da Brakes for the win though. :mrt2:
  19. Allright, the tourny entrance is closed.
  20. Excellent! We need one more and we'll have an 8 person tourney.
  21. Could you elaborate on that? How are they different? Is there a source on the web that lists their current doctrine?
  22. You're a yellow face, there's dots everywhere and ghosts that make Casper look brilliant. There's fruit to eat and four beautiful large pellets that wet your appetite for ghosts. How could a game be any better? So, to spur on everyone's love for our beloved little Pacman, we need a Pacman tournament! Who's up for playing?
  23. I don't know if this was racist or not, it really depends on how he said it and what he meant. If he's trying to say "All these guys are wearing the badge of this religion, but aren't actually following it..." it'd be one thing. From the quote, he could have even been implying that it's stupid to wear dreds because it's a symbol of racism... Of course, if he was saying "don't date white girls if your a Rasta", then that'd be racist.
