yeah there was some great stuff on the show, i think there was some that have been on the site that ive slept on. Who did that song to do with summertime, that was a great track.

count me in. I think the only way we can do this is if every1 is 100% involved, not just posting at a couple of sites. If we push it hard to get this song out there we can make a difference, even if its just a small one, we did something. I have a couple of ideas, we could do a tell me why podcast special as part of the promotion. We would have to plan it well as to what we could talk about for one song, but im sure if its planned well and enough people are involved we can reach a few thousand with that. Second idea is only a possibility. If any1 has the tell me why acapella, if it even excists, im gonna attempt to write an accoustic version of the song. I know a classical guitar could work really well with the accapella. Thats if i can get audio and pull it off with my writing skills.

The responce to bow wow sounds like something that Mike Lowrey would say, not something Will Smith would say. It just doesnt sound like him. I still need more proof, if it is true this must be the first "beef" Will has had with any rapper. Why would he start now? 20 years in the game, getting abuse from every1. ive got a serious post on the matter now. I have a theory but it doesnt help with losing weight. It is prevention is better than cure. If your happy with your weight, keep a close eye on it, if it creeps up then improve your diet a little. Its easy to stay the same weight, but its harder to lose it, so dont get fat in the first place.

what i do is eat whatever i want and let the superfast metablolism sort it out lol, then go the gym when i have time which is never. Dont u just hate me haha. :lolsign: nah im just kiddin my diet isnt that bad, but i cant put on weight whatever i do, im not helping am i?

wow thanx every1 for all your advice and time taken to help me, i knew i could depend on my family so thats why i turned to you. Its true what AJ said about missing out details bcoz i could go on forever what these people have done to me. Firstly i cant really do the letter thing bcoz its a small practise with only a few employees so i work closely with my boss. Ive decided to go and speak to her and explain how i feel and explain how im not happy in my job anymore bcoz of this when i used to enjoy it. I have tried to ignore this whole thing bcoz i didnt want to get invloved in the he said she said. Only ive been ignoring it for months maybe even years, ive been the adult about it for so long. Ive grown as a person when i used to be bothered about what people think of me, but now i know it doesnt matter. But when you ignore it for so long and nothing ever gets better, in fact it gets worse and people start treating you differently bcoz of it, its too hard to live with. The reason why me and Rachel do talk about it, is bcoz its are way of coping with it. Jenny is so malicious, we need to keep an eye on whats shes doing. I'll hopefully get to speak with my boss fairly soon and get it sorted. Thank you again every1 for all your help!

i think bow wow is just digging himself a bigger hole. It comes across to me as hes saying Will is a better actor than him, but not a better rapper. Hes braggin hes done 5 albums at his age but i couldnt name one of them. i could probably only name about 3 of his singles. His head has got way too big and thats really bad at his age.

lmao well she is really fat but its like one of those unwritten rules, u cant make fun of fat people. Its one of those things were there seems to be no answer. I guess ive just gotta be the bigger woman........... no i wont put a fat joke in there lol.

Well the boss doesnt really like rachel at the moment either but shes in a similar position to me bcoz jenny has been saying stuff about her that are lies too. bascially she does it to get in the boss' good books, she doesnt work hard she just puts other people down. My brother doesnt speak to Rachel anymore, but hes still going out with jenny. he doesnt realise blood is thicker than water. hes wrapped around Jenny little finger and hes an idiot lol. I doubt he could sort jenny out, hes a wimp like that.

im getting exam results on thursday ( i shouldn tell the whole world) , i dont think ive passed tho, i revised for 2 months but the exam was so hard. So its probably gonna be another 6 months for when the next exams are held. Thanx for the advice jonny, it wasnt jennys day off tho when i asked, shes on a shift were u finish at 2pm, every1 loves this shift so it is annoying when some1 books time off in it but ive missed out on plently of those for other people. My boss did blank me so i decided if they were going to ignore me i wasnt going to talk. i was quiet for like a week before they realised lol.

hey guys, when people need help everyone here seems to give good advice so i'd be grateful if anyone could help me in my situation. Im quite desperate. Its a long story, thats been going on for over a year so i'll cut it down. basically i work with 2 other nurses, i'll change thier names to Jenny and Rachel. They both used to be best mates which never really bothered me. Jenny started to go out with my brother and bcoz she is evil she took every oppurtunity to annoy me with this and give me information a sister doesnt really need to know. Then last summer Jenny and Rachel had a fight over my brother, they managed to sort it so they can work together but they arnt friends anymore. When me and Rachel started talking we realised that Jenny was telling lies about us to each other, just petty things like Julie hurt a dog the other day or Julie never cleans out kennels properly. We made a pact to tell each other when this happened and have got Jenny all worked out. Heres where the problem starts. Recently my boss has been ignoring me, literally if i ask her a question she completely blanks me. Ive got into trouble for stuff that i havnt done or something which i dealt with but i know i didnt nothing wrong. So i suspected jenny has been telling my boss lies about me too. This was confirmed last week when Rachel heard Jenny tell my boss i said something bad which i said nothing of the sort. I can cope with her telling lies about me coz i just waved them off, but now its affecting me. The past 2 months the boss didnt pay me for some of my hours and missed out about £100 worth of payment which i later got. I asked for 2 days off recently and i wasnt allowed either bcoz they clashed with jennys social life. Im not sure what to do anymore, leaving isnt an option at the moment bcoz im close to being fully trained and i cant really leave my training practise. Im thinking about going to the boss about it, but Jenny is such a brown noser that she has the boss on her side and the boss doesnt like me much bcoz she thinks im someone im not. If your still reading well done lol. Does anyone have any idea what i can do, im close to losing it with her.

i downloaded aaliyah are u that somebody. It was the size of a video but when i go to play it, it just plays the song. The other videos work fine tho.
