  1. MARVIN GAYE + TAMMI TERRELL - The Complete Duets (da album)
  2. I haven't heard this song yet...but i can't wait 2. Especially after u made this post.
  3. TLC - Waterfalls CraZySeXyCOol (1994) Ciara is playing on her Top 25 on BET. Let's not foget who broke down alot of barriers for female emcees and R-N-B artists. TLC 4ever!!
  4. I don't mind Kel Spencer writing for or with Puffy. After all, he's a bottomless pit of ill rhymes. And he makes a good living from it...which most likely finances the stuff that turns in his mixtape. But i'd have a problem seeing him as a Bad Boy artist. Bad Boy is a label for artists who don't mind selling their soul and letting Puffy use them as puppets 2 become the next big thing. However, no artist on Bad Boy ever really stayed famous or stayed on the label. Kel Spencer and Bad Boy is like oil and water...they just don't mix. True school Hip-Hop and flashy, watered down commerical rap just dosen't mix.
  5. Where's the "Emcee" opition. FP's is far more than just a rapper. He's definitly an emcee at heart 2 me. He's said it over and over thru' out the years that he's always considered himself and artist 1st. I woudn't want him 2 stop acting...but i could care less if he dose it for awhile. The funny thing is, before Lost + Found waz dropped, people's opinions on this topic were really split. It looks like this album has changed alot of people's minds.
  6. Man....why'd u go and post this. I'm still adjusting 2 the idea that Code Red is over 10 years old.
  7. I actually didn't keep up with the show. But they chose someone and her stage name is Oso' Krispie. She's a female rapper and her voice is pretty annoying. I'm wondering if one reason they chose her is cuz her voice waz unique. Left Eye's voice waz unique...but this girl's voice is just annoying. Oso' Krispie is definitly one of those commerical 8-bar rappers. They just released the single they recorded with her...it's called "I Bet." The song is good, but dosen't stand up 2 TLC's usual music. I really wish they'd release a radio with without the rap so we could get a straight TLC song. They are apparently re-releasing Now + Forever with this new song on it. Which is good 4 the US since they never released it back in 2003. They just kept the CDs in boxes and then put them all out when the show started airing, without ANY promotion. Just 2 get them out since they were going 2 waste. It actually debuted at like 70-something on the Billboard charts i think. Anyways, they are gonna re-release it...hopefully with a video and promotion...and that Megamix. Hopefully they never work this girl again cuz she really isn't talented. I'm also hoping this will get TLC working as a duo or at least on their solo projects.
  8. AVANT, JERMAINE DUPRI + LIL' WAYNE - You Know What The Director (2006) Man, take Lil' Wayne off the track and this song is flawless.
  9. Jay-Z seems 2 be a person feuled by greed and money. And if Cam'ron is gonna call him out, he's on of the few rappers out there that i would actually consider the truth in what he's saying.
  10. Kel Spencer...Bad Boy...r u feeling okay?
  11. He also did a track with Paul Shaffer called "When The Radio Is On."
  12. I guess some people would call me a collector, but i get the singles and the vinyl 4 the all the same reason already mentioned. The b-sides and remixes are the main reason, but the cover art and the size of it is just really.
  13. I can't believe what i'm reading. Jeff's voice is unique and i don't think any of those people sound like Jeff.
  14. Jonas...i love that track!! I haven't heard it in awhile tho'... KEL SPENCER - Number One Who Is Kel Spencer? The Mixtape (2005)
  15. Yo Tim...did u get this from Kel? I waz talking 2 him 2 days ago and gave him your e-mail address cuz he wanted 2 talk promotion. Thanx 4 posting this!!
  16. Well, when it comes 2 people like Jay-Z. They work mad hard trying 2 make it, and put out a good album when they 1st come out. But once they make it, and the more succesful they get, the lazier they get. Their lyrics mean less, the passion is gone. Let's face it...the Jay-Z of 2006 is not the Jay-Z of 1996. Shoot, the Jay-Z of 1999 wazn't the Jay-Z of 1996. I'm not just calling Jay-Z out tho'...cuz there are ALOT of other rappers like him...tho' many of them have totally fallen off since. When the smoke clears, u see who is content once they get some money and fame. That's why i love FP. He's had 2 adapt over the years, but his lyrics have always been true 2 himself and u can tell he puts lots of time in2 what he puts out. Even if u don't like a song or an album...u can never say he's let us down. There isn't 2 many artists in Hip-Hop u can say that about.
  17. FRESH PRINCE + COOLIO - Gettin' Jiggy Wit It (Kontempt Remix) (1997/2005)
  18. I doubt it'll be up for download even then. Only the unsigned artists really put up music 2 actually download. And there's a good chance that there will be an Instrumental version of The Return of The Magnificent.
  19. Nah, Jay-Z can't even touch Nas. He's has a few good singles...but other than that...well, i'll just keep the reactions minimal by keeping my mouth shut. One thing i like about the mid-90's waz that production quality was much better...and the sound waz much thicker...even when the emcee or rapper had lacking skillz.
  20. Wow, this is dope!! Thanx Kontempt. I know i speak 4 everone when i say thanx 4 putting remixes like this 2gether. U always chose the quality beats (not the watered down garbage)...and if u were gonna put another person's vocals on the remix, i'm glad u chose one that actually has skillz. Another dope one...keep up the good work.
