I didn't say he got delayed. I said his music was delayed and it was. This sort of thing happens all the time in the music industry.

Ja Rule will not go platinum again. His music has been delayed for a while now and this prison time is going to make whatever he's been working on irrelevant. He's likely to scrap everything he's done and start over when he gets out. I'd say we are looking at another 4 years before he actually releases a new album. Maybe a little earlier if he gets out early. I will say this though. I think it's funny that I can look at rappers like Ja Rule in such a different light so many years later. Really shows you how the quality of rappers have taken a dive over the last decade. Ja looks like ****in Rakim next to Soulja Boy.

He's been planning a comeback for years now. I think his career is pretty much over.

B.O.B.'s album was alright, but I wouldn't say it was one of the top 10 of the year.

He goes for what's hot too much. To me, he is a talented guy that doesn't have any direction.

She can flow... but too bad it sounds like an unintelligible mess half of the time she tries to demonstrate it. Take a Lil' Wayne verse where he mumbles along, speed it up 10x's and throw a pink wig on it and you've got Nicki Minaj. Her voice is annoying as hell too but that doesn't make a bad MC. It sure doesn't help though. In the end though, she's wasted potential to me. There's someone out there currently with the ability to flow and its completely wasted on weak content/wack associations/being just plain annoying.

I've seen this sort of thing so much from artists that I just don't care anymore. It's annoying as hell but I will not be stressing myself out about it if I don't intend on taking action.

This shouldn't be a surprise. This guy hasn't been able to stay out of jail for more than a few months over the last 2 years. I like a lot of X's music, but he is a ****-up. There's no other way to put it. And for some reason or another, I'm sure he won't be getting the T.I. "free-pass" on this case.

I completely disagree. It wasn't executed nearly as well as could have been. Ether is a constant verbal lashing. It makes Takeover look pretty amateur, IMO.
