Just saw in swedish tv that switch hadn't made it to the top 10 in the UK.. is it true? I saw Gwen and nelly but no switch.. And Switch hasen't made it into the top 40 of the swedish charts. :s

This is the thread of more serious reviews of L & F for us users. After listening to it almost 30 times the last 48 hours, I've come to the conclusion that this is will's best solo cd. Just as good as homebass which was my favorite JJFP album. Wills Rapskills On this album: Positive: Good, thoughtfull lyrics. Nice flow and sometimes advanced rhymestructure. Negative: Sometimes too easy and simple rhymes. Even though the rhymes doesn't matter so much in topicsongs. Summary: His best, the lyrics are poetic, really good. And when he goes spoken word, like in the end of Holy Roller, it's really deep and good. The Beats Positive: Here he comes is really cool, the sample is chill. Otherwise it's dark clubbeats. Loretta is in my opinion the best beat, sounds alot like a Kanye West beat with the sample and the kicks and snares. Switch reggae remix is banging. Good variety in the drums and samples. It's serves it's purposes as uplifting the songs and not making the song just being the beat.. alot 1994 style. Negative: Maybe cuz i got a leaked version or sumthin.. cause some of the songs sound really badly mastered! Here He comes sounds awful at the beginning. Hopefully this will be fixed to the release. Summary: Good beats that serves it's purposes. This is my guess: Here he comes - Jazzy Jeff Partystarter - Ludacris as we know Switch - Kwamé as we know Lost and found - Timbaland Loretta - Kanye west (the bassline and the samples remind me of kanyes work)

It's really impossible... The albums goes around alot of places before it goes to the store... there is thousands of possibilites of ripping it (ripping = putting it up on the internet).

Well fiftys album date changed cause it was so long before it's release. this is only one week. alot of records get leaked a week before. But sure... friday would have been nice

I won't say Tell me why and lost and found is better then summertime cause it's really different kind of songs. But i think code red is really overrated. Homebass was JJFP's best album. Summertime is the worlds best summersong. But. If we speek lyrically, flow and rhymetechnique and scheduele. Then this is wills best album and songs ever. As he says in lost and found - he doesn't dumb down on this one. And that's a fact if u check the rhymes and the flow. If you're talking about feeling the songs... then i understand people liking summertime more... cause that's a classic.. it's describes the summer perfect. But hey.. "he's the dj i' the rapper"... you guys joking? That's like.. really, really wack if u compare it to his new stuff. If may have been reallu dope when it came out... same with code red... But those ain't Reasonable doubt's or illmatics which have timeless rhymes and beats... I can listen to Illmatic and think... yes this is still dope. But if i listen to code red... all i think is old drums.. old beat... old rhymes. The only timeless song will achieved is Summertime. That cause i still can feel the lyrics, the beat and the vibe. it doesn't sound old. Of course... i still listen to rock the house, he's the dj and that kind of stuff. But i listen to it cause it's fun. Not cause it's musical masterpieces.. Lost and found has a timeless beat. It doesn't need to be different or cool to be timeless, but the drums, the kicks, the snare... the bassline... it's **** that can be listened to in 10 years and saying... no that beat still sounds fresh. Same with Tell me why.. That's a incredible track. Especially lyrically.
