That's what i'm saying! I kinda excepted some huge thing, tv commercials, hiphopradios, a scandal thing.. I hope his deal with interscope is good... cuz' if he flops again... he'll get fired... again. BUT, if the deal is that the sales won't matter, and the album didn't get a huge budget and ****... then it's ait if it "flops", cuz then the music just matters.

His flow is really much better then the last albums... really better.

One of the things bad with being an fanatic fan is that you can't see clear. WIll isn't perfect, neither is switch. We've heard snippets with bad quality from party starter and pump ya breaks. The only one saying "why" is good is Will himself. And will wants to hype the thing up. Of course he says it's dope. I don't think we should think positive if things ain't positive. Fact: Switch is a hit in the U.S Fact: An albums first two week sales are crucial for the rest of the albums sales. Fact: Switch ain't a hit in Europe or the rest of the world. (except U.K?) Fact: Interscope are promoting ain't puttin enough of work in promooting it in Europe. I ain't being negative.. just being realistic. I've been around with alot of the fellas on this board.. since willsmith.net... since 1999 or sumthin. I've seen the hype and talk around both Willenium and Born to reign. Willenium did aight... but it was also backed up by two international hits (Wild wild west & Will2k). Born to reign had like the biggest hype on the forums.. Everybody was going crazy and thinking it would be huge... and like the days before it was released... we understod that this wasn't gonna go well. And it didn't... god damn, it sold less then Nas latest flop. Hopefully.. Lost and found will do ait the first weeks.. atleast 100k. And then a huge hit will help it.. (we still don't know which hit though... maybe one of the others songs that we don't know anything about it a supersong..) I just don't think we should we too positive and then have our dreams and anticipations broken.. We can hope.. and promote... But don't be unrealistic..

Kinda misleadin title.. Interscope is known for being wack at promotin their artists outiside of the U.S. Lost and found is being released in Europe as the time as in the U.S but the song is only being played in a couple of countries like UK and Germany (barely). Maybe in Italy and so too, but nuthing specific. In the u.s it's a hit though if your lookin at the charts. Scandinavia with a potential of shipping over 200 000 copies over a weekend, makes it the biggest market in Europe after U.K and Germany. But Switch has been played like one time on radio, and not being shown on TV. That probably is the situation in more parts of the world. Another example of wack interscope promotion: 50 Cent. Sold 2 million of his new album in 12 days in the U.S. . . He debuted on 10:th place on the charts over here. So... Lost And Found is probably going to be a U.S & U.K matter.. Big Willie style was huge all around the world.. Interscope should have promoted switch better in europe.. I doubt the album is going platinum. I by the way copped switch single yesterday. nothing special. bought it to support will. have pre-ordered lost and found.. getting it 29:th.. can't wait.

Don't say y'all didn't know will has ghostwriters? Nas, Jay-z & Skills are the most known that I0 know of. But it doesn't mean that he doesn't write all of his rhymes. It's mosttly the club and dance songs like gettin jiggy with it

Aj: Well i know what ur saying.. The beats sound pretty average. But it's also hard to hear. First time i heard switch i got really disappointed. But now i like it. I think party starter is dope. Forget about the collabo with luda. you can barely hear the guy. And the acapella at the ending was really, really dope. lyrical masterpiece. The freestyle was killin'. Pump ya breaks is the weaker song.. That collabo really doesn't make sense though.. . I would rather see a collabo with kanye on that song. but the beat is also to weak.. but i don't know.. maybe it'll grow..

The buzz about this album is gettin real big. I hear people talking about how they gon' buy this album cuz' it seems like if he is going back to his roots that the real hiphop community loves. People see this album like a real album mre then a promotion stunt (all of will's solo albums have come in a time one of his movies and soundtracks have come out), but this time there ain't no "hitch" song. People are liking the tracklisting and the cover. This could get Big willie style big!

I would love a song with kanye. He has only dope songs. Maybe a few wack back in the days when he released mixtapes. But college dropout is the best hiphopalbum since commons "like water for chocolate". I would be pleased with a beat also :)

I wouldn't be mad if he cussed. Everybody's cussing. Talib kweli, kanye west, common. But they ain't gangsta. they're the best rappers alive. As long as it isn't worthless cussing without any point. then.. ye..

I've been listening to it alot the last couple of days. And I've sent it to friends and so. There is something bugging me about it. The beat is way to bad. The base is to weak. The switch dance ain't to good. Can't see people doing that in the club really. Something good is that Will sounds hungry. Lyrically it's aight for a club song. His flow is tight. But then again. Why is he releasing this as a single? If this is supposed to be "The Hit" of the album, (interscope has a policy saying that the first single really should be a big hit) then.. it won't do. Cuz' people is dissing it. Not everybody of course. But alot of people are. But there is a good thing coming with it: - If Switch is the most mainstream and light song of the album as he said at z100. then the album could be really great. Switch ain't a bad song, just a little weak. The bad thing could be: - If switch doesn't get big, then people will miss out on the album.. Well, we'll see...

Am I the only one reactin' on he makin' a song with snoop? Seems wack. Snoop has really lost his talent. R&G is a orgy of wackness if you take away "drop it like it's hot". Mary J is always dope. Hope he'll do something with kanye. Seems like everything that rapper / almost God touches becomes an instant success.
