i gotta agree on the storytellin front ..thats what we've missed these last few albums..but tracks like loretta..scary story thats sum classic fresh prince right there!

you can be put in the potna group without having every album..but any1 who wants to be automatically made a potna can do so by postin a picture of their will/jjfp collection..when u get made a potna u get access to sum rare performances video n audio n stuff

sounds like a lot of kanye west hype.. if jazzy jeff had produced the album they'd give it 2 stars..but cause its kanye its greatest hip hop album ever! i'll still check for it though

why is jeff only credited for scratches on pump ya brakes and if u cant dance (slide) ??? i swear i thought jeff was scratching on here he comes, mr niceguy, lost & found, swagga and loretta.. if its not jeff scratching what is it? some1 else scratching or are they just usin sounds that sound like scratches.. or did they just not give jeff credit?

i'd rate lost and found well above big willie style.. big willie style had a lot abt will sayin how good he is..and the beats by trackmasterz while they might sound good offer no creativity they just sample 80s classic and offer nothin 2 the beats themselves... so i'll take lost and found over BWS easily..will is spittin sum real ****..the topics..songs are also on another level.. willennium i class as a JJFP album so ill rate lost & found above born to reign and bws easily tho

well i liked born to reign when i first heard it..but after abt a week it was growin old.. after listening to this album this long I still think its excellent and the songs are growing on me more :peace:

the good reviews actually review whether the artist achieved what he set out to do.. i dont care abt some critics opinion..he might not even like that style of music so trashin an album cause he doesnt like say pop/rap is worthless..

anyone know how many interscope shipped out in the first week? I agree the promotion by interscope was pretty substandard..it seems to be a fan driven thing.. i mean they had adds at box office mojo? why have adds at a movie site..this is a hip hop album..still switch has been no. 1 on itunes all week and should get into the top 20 ..so more and more people will find out abt the album eventually..remember jill scott only sold 15, 000 the first week and her album went double platinum so dont count it out just on the first week numbers :werd:

wel id certainly rest easier if it debuted with over 100, 000..you would expect sales to pick up during the week..strong word of mouth..wills appearance on bet mtv etc

its no #8 overall though..we wanna see that go up!

remember big willie style debuted with 60, 000 in the top 20 and went on to sell 8 million in the US..this is just the beginning for this album

60, 000 will get you top 10

considering most people will buy the album in stores and not online thats really impressive i remember big willie style and born to reign only made it to about 90 on amazon
