its a difficult situation tho.. on one hand i want them to release tell me why as a single to show that Will aint just sum hollywood movie star doin party raps like sony made him out 2 be..on the other hand i want lost and found to go gold and do really well.. i think why party starter is a nice choice is because..on face value its a huge party/club track.. but if you check wills 2nd and 3rd verses hes actually sayin sumthin quite relevant and interesting... switch->party starter->tell me why would be a great progression from party to serious..to show off the album..but at the end of the day will thinks tell me why is his 2nd best record hes made so theres no way that aint being released as the next single

Its definitely a risk releasing Tell Me Why as a single..It will atleast show that Will is doin different stuff on the album, and not just doin party tracks...im not feeling the track as much as sum people.. so will it be a hit? i got no idea..if it does catch on i know the sales will go up for lost and found because the people who like switch prob arent the ppl who would like tell me why.. where as the people who like switch would probably like party starter..

Thanks for correcting me Tim. So Will is going to have done a year and 4 months without filming... focused solely on music? Cause if it's like that, all this talk of him "rushing" back into movies is unfounded. In this case, he would have already taken almost a year and a half away from film. Yeah he's taken a lot of time off so we've been spoilt..because he finished I, Robot, Hitch and Sharktale..it gaves him a bit of space..so he could take time off seems he had 3 movies coming out in the next 8 or 9 months

lets remember his more dramatic roles Ali and The Legend of Bagger Vance were Box Office failures..i dont think theres any point in doin a serious movie just to try and get an oscar or something..only do it if the scripts good.. personally i think he should do another jerry bruckheimer movie :antlers: johnny depp got nominated for an oscar for pirates of the carribean..im sure Will could do sumthin like that..a movie thats entertaining, a box office smash..and gets the critical praise/oscar nod... but seriously who cares about an oscar? they never give it to any good movies anyway..i'd rather Will do a good enjoyable movie first and foremost

hey Maxfly Will finished filming Hitch in March 2004.. he then spent from April 2004 to March 2005 on Lost and Found focused solely on music..the only track he recorded while he was still doing movies was Tell Me Why.. he says it in here he comes..no time conflicts with movies or a sitcom for this album.. I think that is one of the reasons why its so good.. still if Will did 2 movies a year which take 3-4 months to make..that still leaves him 3-4 months where he could record an album with jazzy! i'm hoping we dont have to wait another 3 years for the next album.. Frenetic where are you? in Australia switch is on the radio on the music video channels being played everywhere one of the top 5 ringtone downloads..the singles are racing off the shelves next week it should go to #1 and it will definitely go gold..

hey MaxFly sales around the world are different.. people will buy more singles.. but you need 2 or 3 singles for people to go out and buy the albums.. they need to see more songs to encourage them..at this stage they'll just be getting the single
