thats just so sad. It had happened a whole day b4 I found out, because I had been studying for an exam,...and did not turn on the tv at all... All I could think about is their parents, and what they were feeling after losing their child so unexpectedly at college. My heart definately goes out to the family, friends, and everyone at the college campus. Life is sooo so short, we never know when its our tyme to go... so just be careful, I certainly would be torn to hear any of you hurt... much love 2 my JJFP fam, xo, cookie

hey Thx 4 that warm welcome BigTed, but i've been slowly coming back on the board as my time allows. I've gone thru sooooo much in this last year, and its still going strong,..but i feel good tho regardless. I was sick for 3 weeks, and (still) abit sick, but its hard to rest as I should be doing.... I like strait to the point lyrics,... half the tyme with alla those complex lyrics, some people (including meeee) dont know what the artist is talking about if we dont even know the meaning of the word! lol PPL may be like, "YO, thats hott!. Dont know what he talkin bout, but still tho!" lol I like to see more effort in creativity in the artist's lyrical flow. Complex words can bee looked up in a book, but THAT FLOW is what polishes up the mix... xoxo, cookie

my gracious! Have I really been gone that long from the board???? I just see soo much talent flooding left and right. This was real touching. Im just another black male tryin to do all I can All I wanted was to eat and pay the rent but they hate me for that and want me 6 feet below cement This was a sad TRUTH to read, and an unfortuante thing in how life can be hard on one human being, yet like a paradise to the next. I love seeing a young person write with this kind of intensity, tho similar to what I was telling FUQ,... keep using your craft & talent to express these exact sort of thoughts, because society will tend to brush them under the carpet, when they infact are real to some soul out there, who can relate, lyrically speaking. I wanna see you continue to write from your heart, with a positively twysted outcome. YOu are an instrument in uplifting younger minds, by using your gift. When u express urself this deeply / lyrically, ppl relate to the 'bad' and you will give them that ounce of hope of winning in life, and the battle of failing. God has given alof of you guys the talent that it takes to make a difference in the world of rap and or Hip Hop....believe it or not. haha so make it happen. very nice indeed. thx 4 sharing! xoxo, cookie

haha... I haven't seen it, but boy oh boy, do I remember the days of literally HOURS of 'having' to sit and watch TMNT with my sons. Ironically, I am dropping one of my sons off at the movie theatres in about 20 minutes to go watch it. haha... unless he just changes his mind, and watch something else.. im sure hes gonna love it. xoxo, cookie

sadly Lerkot, with all due respect to what you've said here, (if anything interesting at all), I'm abit too exhausted to read all of this, or even entertain a conversation with someone of ur mentality. Contrary to what you may think, feel, or imply in that smidget of a peanut size brain of yours, I have been and will remain neutral in the MIDST majority of the board member's desire for you to part from the board... unless you get just a little bit more stupid with your comments. Mind you, tho I haven't been around, I'm still a part of the moderating team, and you've been given a number of chances to redeem yourself. Its a difference in having a discussion with differences of opinions, versus the obvious here...attempting to create chaos in an otherwise, positive thread. I highly recommend that you ATTEMPT to interact with everyone here,... in a more cordial and friendly manner, ... tho voice your opinions (regardless of how warped) without the weak insults. I'm not going to give you a single warning. peace, cookie
