I don't agree with LFO "Summer Girls" ahead of JJFP, that song was so damn corny, I couldn't stand it.

I agree about the bias against old-school rappers. There also seems to be a bias against intelligent, conscious rapping too. Look at Switch and look how well it did, that's because it is dumbed down. Look at the lyrics in Party Starter, "Food for thought, or dumb the rhyme a little." He dumbed it down and it was a hit. It is the only thing that sells these days, unintelligent rap like 50 Cent and Mike Jones. It is horrible!

Yeah, Flipside is a great beat, it would be nice to see Will freestyle over that beat. That Ja Rule beat from a while back, Clap Back was really catchy too.

I agree, hip-hop is in a bad state right now, skills mean nothing, no one gives any credit those who created it.

I wasn't sure about the whole egyptian part of the radio edit, but it adds a nice flare to it, the original seems to be a bit too simple, the radio edit gives a stronger beat. The only thing I don't like about it is when he says "Get on the floor," there is someone echoing it, it loses some of the effect, I think.

I agree with Tim and Ted, the reason this album needs to sell and needs to have singles is because it has a message to get across. Hip-Hop needs Will, it needs conscious MC's to keep it real and give the fans real music.

I don't think Will will outsell Kanye. Kanye is pretty popular, I would say between 300-500K his first week. As long as Party Starter is released, I think we will see sales begin to rise once again.

This is the only good news right now, because album sales are plummeting. It is nearly top 100 without the official release, it is very promising, once it is released, I am looking for sales to increase and at least a top 10 hit.

I am waiting for Party Starter, the album will continue to slip until it comes out because Switch is finally done. Hopefully, Party Starter will open the album up to a lot of new people, I think it will, it is a great song.
