But then the story got even better. After TMZ posted the video of the incident, which just made us feel much better about every awkward encounter we’ve ever experienced on the red carpet (sooo embarrassing when actors stare blankly at you for asking a question about vampires), we started to dig around to figure out who this reporter was. The site said kissing actors is his shtick. And we found something sooo much better than some guy pulling a Borat impression with unsuspecting Hollywood stars. We are almost certain that the man in question is none other than Vitalii Sediuk. OK, sorry, that name meant nothing to us either. Until we dug a little further and discovered he is the guy who gave Madonna those dreaded hydrangeas at the Venice Film Festival last year. Watch both videos below and we think you’ll be convinced too. My first instinct is to thank Vitalii, for making the rest of us reporters look good. My second is to want to backhand him ourself. I can just see stars starting to put up plexiglass barricades between themselves and us. When all we really wanted to do is find out whether they prefer True Blood or Twilight.

My thing is this, even if it IS that reporter's gimmick (kissing celebs he interviews), this wasn't a sit-down interview. This is the "red carpet" where you have a few seconds with the entertainer and you move on. They probably never met each other, so what made him think he could use 5 of his 15 seconds with the biggest movie star in the world to kiss him?!? The reporter may not be a stupid person (or maybe he is), but it was a stupid move. Even when it comes to hugging, how many reporters hug celebs on the "red carpet?"

People use the word "homophobic" way too loosely. I feel like I'd act in a similar way if this happened to me. I'm confident in my sexualality but there's a point of uncalled for physical comfort that can be reached where you just have to handle the situation. You don't just stand there smiling while some guy is all up on you. LOL I don't know if FP supports gay marraige or not, but that has nothing to do with a guy who is invading your personal space and getting him off you. The Prince is pretty laid back, I don't think he would have done more damage if cameras aren't on...unless someone kept coming at him. You can clearly see the "moment of reality" on his face when the guy is getting too close for too long. In that moment, he would have done whatever he wanted...not something nice just because of the cameras. He clearly doesn't care for the one moment. LOL

Yeah, Hancock is one of the more forgettable films to me. I'm just not crazy about a sequel. While the possibilities of where they can take it seem limitless, I'm not sure how they can make it good. The first one was only good/average in my opinion.

I'd like to see the MIB franchise stay fresh and stay true to itself. No wack reboots like everyone else is doing. Just keep them "quality" and keep them comin.'

I was at work when I saw this on the news. LOL! I really don't think the reporter was trying to kiss him on the mouth, only the cheek, but it looks awkward and crazy uncomfortable. It's hilarious to see that inner masculinism trigger like that when something like that happens...especially when there's dozens of cameras around. He brushed it off pretty quick. I'm no sure how legit the source is, but I read that the reporter involved often kisses celebrities that he interviews. Maybe someone on the board knows if this is true. The article I first read also made it sound like this the first time that something like this has happened. WRONG! I'm sure a few of us remember how that camera man kept bugging him and Jada back in 1995 and FP slapped him upside the head. As I remember, it was likely a set up for something like that to happen since he was being taped the whole time the guy was getting in his business.

Yeah, I think it's cool that Jeff posted it on his site. They always promote each other's work. I love that they are collaborating on this.

I was at work when I saw the news. I think she did a great job covering up her sickness because I don't ever remember hearing about it. Definitely one of the greatest voices ever. I didn't learn about her until the mid-90's but I have a handful of her CD's and always respected her music. She was working on a new album at the time of her death. I hope it gets a proper release. Two days ago with lost Chuck Brown, yesterday we lost Donna Summer. So many greats are leaving before their time.

As long as Jazzy is spinning and and there's a mic, some brand new funk will be dropped.

I've been pretty busy lately, which is why I haven't posted as much (though I check the board every day). Without going into great detail, I have a relationship that went bad awhile ago. After years of ups and downs, I had to back away from this person, thinking things would fix themselves. Well, this person, who is the person I was convinced I was supposed to marry, met someone else and started dating. I don't understand the reasoning by it but there was a quick engagement and today they are supposed to get married. If that's God's plan, then I can only count it as a loss and try to not to put a question mark where God has placed a period. While the interaction hadn't increased, many signs were saying that she was trying to get back in my life. Needless to say, I'm completely numb. Part of me (who am I kidding, MOST OF ME) is still convinced that we really are meant to be and I have this hope that things don't go as planned today. It's crazy, maybe naive or immature, but that's how it is. I'm pretty darned bless and have a lot of great things going for me, but the idea of her making this permanent decision is killing me. I simply struggling to function my brain and enjoy anything in life. I guess I'm asking for someone else to raise up the whole matter in prayer. I KNOW things will be okay no matter how they go but the pain is unbareable and it's hard to find purpose. I appecitate it.

I was shocked when I first saw this news. I remember hearing that he was sick but I guess I pushed it to the back of my brain because I forgot about it. I wasn't always in to the Beastie Boys earlier in their career but I always respected them. I actually got more into the second half of their career. Beastie Boys are always reliable for staying consistent while growing at the same time. I get the impression that this is the end of the group, which is sad news. Rest in peace. Sending prayers out regarding his family, friends, and fans.

TLC 'We're Resurrecting Left Eye...FOR A REUNION TOUR' Exclusive Details For the first time in nearly a decade, TLC will be reuniting for a U.S. concert tour later this year -- and TMZ has learned, the late Lisa "Left Eye" Lopes will be making a special appearance. The group's rep tells us, Tionne "T-Boz" Watkins and Rozonda "Chilli" Thomas are currently in the planning stages of a massive 2012 reunion tour in the U.S. So far, we're told 5 major cities have already been booked -- and even more are in the works. But the big surprise ... we're told the group plans to pull a Tupac -- incorporating their deceased former member Left Eye in the shows, projecting her image on a big screen and working her vocals into the live performances. FYI -- today marks 10 years since a fatal car accident in Honduras took Left Eye's life. RIP. They've been talkin about so I know new music is in the works and they've wanting some touring stuff to work out in the US for years but they are FINALLY making it official on the 10th anniversary of Left Eye's death. Praise God!

This is why I need 2 visit the movie board more often. This is my 1st time seeing this! I'd love to see the whole thing. Fresh Prince, LL Cool J, and Heavy D are my top three favorite emcees. It still doesn't feel right that one of the coolest, nicest, and most talented people in Hip-Hop is gone. If you ask me, this goes on the FP music board...ain't nothing Hollywood about this. Rest In Peace Heavy D...Hip-Hop will never truly heal from this loss.

I usually like Nas' albums but they usually don't stick with me too long. I'm not sure. I'm happy to hear he's coming back out. The Heavy D-produced alone has me sold on the album. It's important to support artists the don't suck in these days.
