  1. I don't think he did that great either, but this is what you just said before about the track: "Wack rapper #3 destroys a good song. Andre does a pretty bad verse, and Big Boi is not at his top either. The singing is really nice. Snoops verse is okey but that dude hasnt done anything new for ten years." That doesn't sound like you thought it was the best. Did it grow on you? God Blessa!
  2. I just saw the movie. It was great. It reminded me just how long it took for it to get made. It's got songs from the Idlewild CD in addition to Speakerboxxx/The Love Below. I'll be buying the DVD. God Blessa!
  3. Great! It's about time someone roasted that guy. God Blessa!
  4. Well it's not exactly unrelated. I didn't click the link though, it would have added an element of conscience to my post that I didn't want to carry. I'll click it now though. Haha, the song is great. God Blessa!
  5. http://www.jazzyjefffreshprince.com/forum/...?showtopic=9160 Can someone ban this Hero guy? God Blessa!
  6. Could you retype that so it makes sense? Are you in? This thing needs to get started. God Blessa!
  7. Okay, I've listened through this album once now. It's still Outkast and it's quality. I'll just do a quick rundown without going through all 25 tracks one-by-one. The intro is a reference to Outkast acting in movies. It goes to Mighty O, which is a dope track. Idlewild Blues and Morris Brown (the current singles out now) are early into the album. I really like these singles and their videos. There's five interludes. The only one that I could really do without is Big Boi's kids rappin. It wasn't so bad in Speakerboxxx... for some reason. I'm not trying to criticize the way a 7 year old (or so?) raps, I'm just saying that this is the kind of track that will get to know the Skip Track button really well. About halfway through the album is Hollywood Divorce. This is the song with Lil' Wayne. Let me start by saying that I hate Lil' Wayne... That said, I think he must have gotten some help because his flow wasn't the garbled mess I'm used to hearing from him. At first I had only heard Dre on the track and had the surprising thought that Dre brought him in on the album. Then Big Boi came into the song and put that to rest in my mind. I'm sure he brought him in. Speaking of Dre though, many of his songs are shorter than Big Boi's. Under three minutes short. They are good, but short. There's more songs with them together than The Love Below/Speakerboxxx, but I'd still like them to make an album completely collaborated like it used to be. The movie isn't out, so I don't know exactly how much of the album is in the film and vice versa. "You're Beautiful," the last interlude, is clearly from the movie though. "PJ and Rooster" is as well, it's a song they've used in the movie trailers. Dre's solo songs fit in with the Idlewild movie theme more than Big Boi's, I like both styles though. It's also nice to hear Dre rapping more after the Love Below. Like I said when I first saw the track listing, I love that the album ends on "A Bad Note." This song goes on for over 6 minutes (with a guitar riff) before you hear anyone speak. The album ends with Dre singing in the theme of the movie. I have a feeling the movie will use this somehow, in a shorter form as the song is almost 9 minutes long. Overall! I really like this album. I thought that Speakerboxxx and The Love Below were both good albums but I wanted more of the Outkast that raps together. This album has more songs together, but manages to stand out with its solo songs as well. This will definitely get a lot of spins from me. God Blessa!
  8. I saw the video a few weeks ago. It's good. God Blessa!
  9. I got it. I'm listening to it right now. I'll post my feedback when I've heard the whole thing. God Blessa!
  10. I wish this topic didn't get made. I ended up watching most of lazygirl's videos late last night. What a horrible way to waste my time. They are terrible, but I kept watching. She's not even interesting. I think I just watched because it was there, and it was an ongoing story. God Blessa!
  11. Well, we got a name for one now. It's times like these when I wish Will was a little more low-key like Jeff. Then maybe we'd get to hear these tracks. God Blessa!
  12. I plan to see it too. I'm just gonna have trouble finding someone who will go with me. God Blessa!
  13. Yeah, they've had it on myspace too but I'm waiting to buy it before I listen to it. God Blessa!
  14. Yeah, he's got "Ladies... Who is Kel Spencer?" coming out. I don't remember/think there's another mixtape right after that, but his album comes out in the fall. God Blessa!
  15. Ha, hopefully he doesn't screwed like last time when Eminem played the punk. Looks good. God Blessa!
  16. What do you mean "still gonna sell his mixtape?" It's definitely worth it, especially for $10. God Blessa!
  17. Dang, I'm late again. I woulda liked that CD too. But the shirt looks dope too so you're in line right behind Brakes and his CD... God Blessa!
  18. Haha, that's pretty funny. Music and all. God Blessa!
  19. Nice design Tim. Lookin good...! I registered as IsntChrisL. God Blessa!
  20. Haaaaaaaaaaaaa-ppy Birthday! God Blessa!
  21. Ha, I love how the album ends on "A Bad Note." Not feelin lil Wayne's presence, everything else looks ok. I just wish they could be on all the tracks together. God Blessa!
