    I've seen format abdominal and d-sisive live!! they were all great and very funny! adbominal went into the crowd and freestyled about the people around him for 10 minutes! also got the dj format album.. love the fast food track haha

    Yeah if you were brought up on hip-hop from that era it's very hard to listen to the commercial stuff today.. I don't think "generation y" realise the diversity that used to be around
