  1. i got code red for 7 dollars used and then got homebase for 3.50$ cause the store sells used cds for 7 bucks and if you get another its half price... it might have been homebase and hes the dj, or any combination of the 3. cause i got rock the house off the internet
  2. i can get rim... i jumped off a kids back and got like a foot over the rim and dunked, but that doesnt count
  3. i dont think hell win if he didnt win in the globes... i hope he does,we all do but i have a bad feeling about it. but i guess i should stay positive. go will!
  4. ....so whats the point of this again?
  5. ok so i didnt freestyle.... chickened out. which is ok cause the song didnt require it. i actually did one line and everyone clapped but i new it wasnt too good.
  6. :stickpoke: SORRY FOR POSTING SO MUCH ON MY OWN TOPIC
  7. im in a band and on friday they are going to jam or just improvise.. so being the singer that leaves me always left out of jams... so i asked the band if it would be cool if i freestylefd over the jam.. making it a super jam(in my mind), thoguht i should tell you guys, ill let you guys know how it goes. im kinda nervous cause im not the best freestyler... but still. and on top of that jams can be like 10 min long... i hope i can endure it... any tips>?
  8. eric b and rakim- relax with pep//jjfp-things you do//roots- universe at war//jjfp-dumb dancin//rjd2-final frontier//will smith- the rain//outkast- reset// chappelles show season 2- episode 1 these are what i have so far (with the ones already said) and i think i could use some more..... it doesnt have to be the full word concept..like in the outkast song its "conception" and universe at war its "conceptor"... i just want to keep this thread alive... or rather bring it back to life. if you have any idead where to look that would be cool too
  9. but he has a mixtape called hip hop is dead...and he disses nas...? what?? its on itunes and im listening to these songs and am getting really confused becuase he is dissing nas and other artists. does he think he knows what real hip hop is?
  10. ewwwwww julie hahahaha this guy has more http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9l54VgMTn8M
  11. now i have to get it again hahahaha which i will, cause having no inserts was a letdown, plus i noticed some tracks werent on the cd i have which were supposed to be. so they will probaly be on the new one
  12. not that fast, actually not really fast at all.. but sometimes when i have to fix a line quickly to fit the beat i spit the rest of the line fast and it doesnt sound have that bad...but its only good in moderation...and i think that about all rappers. like you can only listen to one or two twista songs cause you just cant unerstand what the hell he's saying.. same for that bus driver guy in the link (which i think i heard that song before btw) and words are important in a song....i have a song on my album coming up (Concept- Neutral Ground...finally on its way) and my flow is fast i think..or at least fasterer than i usually flow and im scared nobody will hear the words cause i love them
  13. what's happening is my fav track...i love the sample in the beginning... your album really motivated me man i wish the best of luck

  18. i didnt know this was gonna be an EP vs an LP...and the magnificent wasnt an EP...it was 18 tracks but im really hyped up for this, i wanna hear the little brother track (if it was the remix for here he comes) and on top of that little brother is one of my fav artists out there.
  19. Can't forget about the old school, Bam, Cas, Melle Mel, Flash Rocksteady spinnin on they back Can't forget when the first rap Grammy went to Jazzy, Fresh Prince Fat Boys broke up, rap hasn't been the same since this made me so happy when i heard it, finally some reconigition!! it means even more when its on an album called hip hop is dead and its mentioning the true hip hop artists. song- Can't Forget about you (second verse) artist- nas album- hip hop is dead
