^^^im with ya on that one. U guys gotta remember though that TRL airs at 5pm EASTERN TIME. Which means u gotta make sure and vote a few hours earlier, or else your vote won't be counted.

he was in studio today on KIIS fm with Ryan Seacrest AND on the Steve Harvey Morning show on 100.3 He talked a bit about the album (nothing u don't know already), but it was really funny, and pretty long for both. I'm guessin he'll go to Power 106 next week.

the thing is..that forum has no moderators..and it will never have moderators..no interscope artists web site message board does..the forum software prob doesnt even allow for moderators.. so really all you guys are doing is wasting time and energy..because people are gonna come and post trash whatever you do...

really though ppl don't care much anout the comments ppl make on forums. No one's gonna go there, look at the comments and say, "Will has dumb fans..." For real guys NO one does that.

mimi, u seem 2 be a miserable person...cuz u always wanna start fights. It's cool tho'....people who wanna be that way just get waved off. There wazn't anything wrong with what i said. U said they can discuss whatever they want. Well, they aren't discussing anything. Those one-dementional minded females over there can take any topic and reply and say "He's so hot." Please tell me u can see where alot of people would find that annoying.
That message board over there is a joke, and i think it's important 2 do what we can. There have 2 be alot of hardcore fans that come over there and when the see that message board, they get scared and aren't interested in posting. I spent my entire morning bumping up old posts that had some substance cuz some fool posted some nasty stuff over and over and over again. I had 2 go down down 2 pages just 2 find the non-explict posts. I tried 2 bump them all off the 1st page, but they kept trying. I haven't been there in 7 hours, after i'm done here, i'm gonna see if he un did all my work.
no see that's exactly what I'm talking about with u. I'm not tryin to pick fights with anyone. Especially not u guys. I respect this board a lot cuz all of u are smart people. Which is rare when u go to large forums. However, things are not always going to be ideal. Every official site is gonna have losers who log on to trash the artist (for whatever reason). Everyone has haters not just Will. Every rapper is called gay once in a while cuz of jealous nimrods who have nothin better to do. However, u can't try and make the forum set to how u want it to be. In a perfect forum maybe u want discussions and such. But u have a place here for that. People at official sites usually make comments. That's why it says "comments" on his board right?? I'm sayin that the "Will is hot" threads don't bug me, cuz that's what girls do. Excuse me that girls have sttractions towards guys like Will. But if u think they're trashy, classless, idiotic for those comments, i've seen worse. I've heard or read girls make comments about Will real x-rated. Now the girls on the interscope board are really harmless. I say let them make the comments they want. If u don't like it, ignore it. There's no need to get heated or waste time over somethin u cannot stop.
BTW, i'm not miserable. U seem snotty to me and never open your mind to other people's opinions. I understand your frustration with the forum, however if you're not even gonna acknowledge my points or read my opinion thoroughly, I can't respect yours.

mimi: in regards 2 ur first post, i think ur gonna be against every1 else here with the kinda attitude ur bringin' in. if u wanna make "will is fine" posts then please, by all means, go ahead and do it over there. we're here 2 act mature and talk about will's career, not shallow immature things. now i know ur not one of those people who likes will just 4 his looks (like a lot of people of there) but c'mon. please note this is only regarding ur 1st post, i think ur 2nd post had good points and u backed them up.
listen, it's not AJ's right to diss the girls over there just b/c they think Will is cute. U guys are saying the board over there is corrupt and want to save it. Now youre telling me to go over there and talk about shallow things instead of here? Then what's the point of this topic? AJ wants to "save" the board from those shallow stuff, but u want me to go over there if I wanna discuss Will's looks. I haven't posted a single thing on the Interscope site, but it isn't AJ's messageboard. It isn't yours or mine either. So telling girls who post "Will is hot" over there are dumb, shallow, isn't right either. Because girls are gonna be girls. At least they think he's good-looking... They have a right to talk about whatever they want too, shallow or not. But AJ is tellin these people to stop making these posts, etc, and i agree it could get annoying. But it is a wide, public forum, and there's not a thing u can do to "save" it cuz new ppl are gonna come thru everyday. Now, this is board is for you guys, so u can regulate if u want (i guess), but we aren't the dictators of a Will Smith empire (like I said). So there is no business for us in trying to save a damn public forum!

They said yesterday that Will is gonna either be in the studio or call in on Friday (which is tomorrow). It would help a lot if u could tune in too. I'll try too though. Do u think u could check up on 100.3 and Power 106 from time to time? I'm gonna try and tape one or two of the shows in case I miss it. I think Will is gonna start poppin up on the radio shows in Cali the next few weeks to promote his CD. He is also on Steve harvey's "hit-list" to call in, so maybe he'll call the station (100.3) too.

supposedly, Will is gonna be on 102.7 KIIS fm a local station in Los Angeles. He'll be on Ryan Seacrest's Morning show, so I'll try and tune in. If i can't though, for anyone who lives in Cali, help me out here. It's possible that he'll also be on 100.3 (steve harvey's show) or Power 106 (Big Boy's Neighborhood) also. Guess Will's back in LA??

one more thing... this is for AJ, but I was reading one of the topics that said "Will, as a fan", and I saw someone reply to you that u were "dead wrong" for sayin Will's only given props to Nas, Pac and Big in terms of the mainstream rappers. Actually, he/or she, is right. Will did an interview on BET tonight with Ed Gordon (he's not on anymore) but Gordon asked him who he thinks in the rap game he actually likes. Will said (the closest i can remeber from his quote) is that he thinks "Jay-Z is the most prime right now." The reason being he could make a song like Big Pimpin, Can I get a... but still have songs on his albums where he addressed issues, or showed a different side to himself. Now, the user was also right for pointing out Luda, Kanye, Jadakiss and 50. For Luda, Will likes his creativity, he said on 106 and Park that Jadakiss' latest album "Kiss of Death" is crazy, and a hot album, He said he's listened to Kanye's "the College Dropout" numerous times and he's impressed with him. As for 50, he hasn't said anything too much except he's given him his props. Now, as for the Playboy Interview you mentioned on the board, that was around what, 2001? That was around the time also that dimwits like Cash Money Millionaires were still doin their thing, and Nelly debuted. It was a ****ty year for rap. You can't relate what he said at that time to the present. When he says "now in 2001," you cannot bring that into 2005. Don't u remeber that he said recently that rap is in a beautiful state right now, cuz the creativity is back? Since downloading has forced artists back into a more creative state? so AJ check your facts, he has given props to more mainstream artist than Pac, big and nas. Now i always get a sense that you're trying to convince yourself that Will only likes what you would like. I always get that feeling from you. You're quick to say "Will is a big fan of the Sugarhill gang, Whodini, Rakim, the old school only" but how do u know that? Have u been thru his CD collection only to find old school rap? I seriously doubt. Will most likely has CD's of some new ppl you hate. So what? He's not you. So that user at the Interscope board is right. Maybe u didn't read his/her post well, but they said, U are wrong for thinking Will has only given major props to those 3 artists.

just wanted to add that the interscope board is not our board. It's for all his fans and even hater to say what they want. Just ignore the haters, who cares, but we don't dictate the Will Smith empire. The girls can say whatever they want, so don't call em dumb, pointless, hos, none of that

okay, if u guys are so offended by "Will is so hot topics" deal with it. Plus, for some of the haters that come around the board, u can't stop them from coming. Everyone from Pac, Emienm to Will are gonna have haters who trash them on their boards. That's life deal with it. As for the girls who say he's hot, blah blah... let them say what they want. If they feel that way about him, there's no harm. I'm sure Will would be flattered ,why are u guys so bothered about it? Will is a hot guy, i'd say it. We're all humans and attration is a natural thing that most women get excited about right?? Aren't we all humans here? I haven't posted on those boards, but I've read the posts. Yes some are dumb, but you're gonna get that at any messageboard. I don't see anything to "salvage". Do your own thing here and there, but don't make it such a big issue.

oh my lord it was horrible!! I don't see how anyone could like it. Love Will, hated the song. Really, it was a piece of crap. His lyrics, the beat (there really wasn't one), the chorus, everything was BAD.

yup and California is a huge market. The population is crazy. So more listeners means more buzz. Hopefully it keeps up that way.

But what amazes me, is the rap station is playin it more than the pop. I've only been checking the pop stations to see if they play it. I rarely listen to them though. But I do listen to the rap stations and it seems they're increasing their play a bit. Just 2 weeks ago I didn't hear the song at all. Now I hear it in the mix all the time.

out here in Cali, 100.3 a rap only station has been playing it in their mixes, at noon, the evening and at night. I'm guessin they got it finally into their rotation a bit more.

It's funny how some of us talk about Will likes he's some sort of God that says and does everything perfect, he's a good role model for the 'hood and Hollywood, but he's still a regular person, remember he said "Twinkle, Twinkle, I'm Not A Star". People start flippin' out when they hear that he curses and carries a gun in real life, what's the big deal, are the millions to do that really all criminals and evil people? :nhawong:

Jamie's career is at an all time high now, who know he might actually sell well if he makes an album 'cause r&b sucks right now, it's his golden opportunity. If he made an album 10 years ago, he couldn't compete when Keith Sweat, Boyz II Men, TLC, and Blackstreet were dominating the r&b charts, but who's really out now with that kinda caliber? :dunno:
I don't think Jaime is as popular as all of u think he is. Talented? Yes. Popular enuff to do whatever he pleases and make it a guaranteed success? NO

well their both idiots then. at first i was like "good for The Game not taking 50's side" then he goes 2 the station and shoots a guy! now he lost the respect he just gained. however i do think the game's (for the most part) music is better than 50's. and also i don't think jim's comments were too harsh. while 50 may not have killed anybody, how many peoples lives have been taken because of his harsh, unappropriate lyrics? what kind of message is he setting 2 people? so yes, i do hope 50 dies in the rap game ... lol
^^^get your facts right! Game didn't shoot anyone! Someone from his crew got shot, but they don't know who fired the bullet. Game haters are so quick to jump to conclusions. Give the man the benefit of the doubt. Plus, jim's comments were that harsh. Who's to say his music did lead to someone's death. 2Pac was accused of that many times in his career. That someone was listening to 2Pacalypse Now before he went out to kill someone. So that means Pac deserved to die?? No way in hell. Dumb actions are made from the one who chooses it. Not the artist. Just cause someone chooses to interpret your music in a diffrent way doesn't mean u should suffer the punishment. Really thoughtless comments. I don't understand why people take such glee in maybe seeing 50 die in real life, or think it's okay to say it.
