  1. BAD MEETS EVIL - Echo Hell: The Sequel (2011) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0DlKU7LpHFs This is probably my favorite song on the album. I think three songs on the album are only okay but it's an overall a dope album.
  2. That track is dope! JAMIZ - Get Loot Get Loot (Single) (1994) This guy was in the group G-Wiz, one of my favorite groups ever. I think I am one of the only people who got his solo single and loved it. I can't believe I found a music video for it (which is pretty awful). This is my 1st time seeing it ever...lol.
  3. The 1st I heard this my jaw dropped. It's just beautiful song by an artist with a beautiful voice...and she's quite beautiful herself. I downloaded this song about a week and a half ago and at some point I posted it in the "What Are You Listening To" post. I've been meaning to post about her on Jeff's board but keep forgetting. I'm really excited about this release.
  4. I picked up the album this week. I've always respected the Beastie Boys but I've never been their biggest fan. I have most of their albums and I typically like 30%-50% of the songs on their albums. This new album is no different but I love that they are still going and that they stay pretty consistent. They definitely have staying power and keep their music original. I hope this album does some big things so it shows that people want more than the current crappy top 20 artists.
  5. HA HA, I found this while I looked up the video above and had share it...
  6. DJ JAZZY JEFF + FRESH PRINCE - You Saw My Blinker Homebase (1991) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vdAq-kQZMTM The epitome of gangsta.
  7. This is dope! It's so good 2 see them back 2gether and making dope music. And the video is amazing.
  8. MARIAH CAREY w/ DA BRAT + XSCAPE - Always Be My Baby (Mr. Dupri Remix) Always Be My Baby (CD Single) (1996) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_-_k-pgKUR4 One of the best remixes ever in my opinion.
  9. I think you guys have quit before the Prince has. :mmph:
  10. With all due respect, I listened 2 parts of that song and it must say that it is absolute gutter trash. Those guys are not artists, they are ignorant guys who have record deals because of a jacked up music industry and ignorant fans who don't demand quality from those putting music out. DA BRAT - Give It 2 Ya Funkdafied (1994) I'm listening 2 this...posting the music video really took back. On top of being a classic track, the cameos are insane! MC Lyte, T-Boz, Mary J. Blige, Bill Bellamy, The Notorious B.I.G., Puffy, etc...
  11. JOE PUBLIC - Live And Learn (self-titled) (1992) This guys were essentially one hit wonders but this monster hit is one of the best songs of the early 90's.
  12. BEASTIE BOYS - Make Some Noise Hot Sauce Committee Part 2 (2011)
  13. DEVIN LIMA + THE CADBURY DIESEL - Hanging With You Mozart Popart (2007)
  14. JON B + 2PAC - R U Still Down Cool Relax (1997) R-N-B needs to make a commercial comeback with something like this.
  15. BONE: THUGS-N-HARMONY - East 1999 E 1999 Eternal (1995)
  16. This sounds truly dope. I'm trying to see if I have a show on August 7th. If not, I'm going to get tickets for the D.C. show.
  17. I don't really think about it anymore. I don't think he's done with music, but beyond that vague statement, I don't know what I think. I do know this, if anyone needs to stir things up and support the idea of more music coming, it's us. With the internet and social networking, it's easier than ever. If a buzz is created in the music world, things often follow.
  18. GROUP 1 CREW - Forgive Me No Plan B (2007) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WdMo0rOt2Kk
  19. Some of these cartoons only aired in the 80's. Anyways... Batman: The Animated Series Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Ren & Stimpy Superman: The Animated Series Doug Animaniacs The Simpsons Beavis & Butthead Daria
  20. WHITNEY HOUSTON - Just One of Those Days Just Whitney (2002)
  21. JAMIE KENNEDY + STU STONE - Circle Circle Dot Dot Blowin' Up (2005) Blowin' Up may be the last good show that was ever on MTV. I haven't heard this album in awhile.
  22. 2 HYPE BROTHERS & A DOG - Doo Doo Brown Ya Rollin' Doo Doo (1991) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XValpd6Dksg I forgot all about this jam. One of the craziest Hip-Hop joints ever.
  23. JULIA FIGUEROA - Worth The Wait (2009) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=msu-Bjhv_HE Darren and Keith, formerly of A Touch of Jazz, have worked with this artist on a song called "Sunday Morning Pancakes" and after hearing 4 of her songs, I'm totally in love with her music.
  24. CHRISTINA PERRI - Arms Lovestrong (2011) This is one of my favorite "new" artists. Her videos are always unique without being Hollywood.
  25. I used to watch The Arsenio Hall Show almost every night but I NEVER saw this performance. It's so dope! This is on of my top fav LL songs ever. DRU HILL w/ JERMAINE DUPRI + DA BRAT - In My Bed (So So Def Remix) Never Make A Promise (CD Single) (1997) This came on the radio right after "Summertime." There is NOTHING about 2day's music that is better than 90's music. Period.
