I'm sorry but this looks hilarious.. Will's character of Hancock looks very intersting.. Peter Berg is a great director, and like Will said in an interview he finds the drama in everything. Friday Night Lights is not a sports movie, hancock is not a superhero movie..it will be a great drama..with comedy sure.. but I bet Will could still do some great acting in this and create something special. Critics will be biased towards movies looking for some higher aim..the oscar hopefuls etc serious deep meaningful. The problem is they never review a movie based on what it sets out to achieve. I was a big fan of the 80s cartoon. The chipmunks is really just trying to be good family fun I'm sure. I will never take notice of critics on movies such as this, as well as something like Bad Boys II or Transformers. Chipmunks killed at the box office too! I'll be seeing this with my nephew n niece for sure.
