do you have a route planned out yet man???
I don't know if there's a way to describe it. In terms of a physical being, you pray you're not going to fall on your face or do anything stupid. But the emotion that's in your heart, you can't describe it. You get this deep feeling of pride in your heart, you get this overwhelming sense of, I don't know, just well-being and warmth. Looking out into the crowd and seeing people sway back and forth with this big smiles and this look in their eyes, it doesn't matter if your on the volleyball court or your in the middle of the football field or standing center court at Assembly Hall, you can see it. It's the same look in everyone's eyes. You just can't describe it.

Speaking of that i'm leaving in 4 days. Getting a tad nervous now as it seems more real. Got myself in the local newspaper hehe, here's a link to the article online

Hey all, probably should have written an update.

I returned home two weeks ago. We cycled 2670 miles over 41 days, 6 of which were non-biking rest days. Averaging 76 miles a day and hitting over the 100 mile mark on 4 seperate days.

Crazy heatwaves, storms and incredible mountain climbs made it amongst the hardest things i've dealt with in my life. We hit a high peak of 9666ft above sea level and crossed the Continental Divide 3 times.

All in all it was an experience of a lifetime. :)
