1.
remember "Nod Ya Head" sounded like a good song...but it ended up being a soundtrack song.
This has nothin' to wit this topic, but I think that "Nod Ya Head" was better lyrically than the original "Men In Black" song that was more popular, I actually rather listen to that song than the original one.
2. I got some for them:
1. What rap artists careers besides yours have y'all admired the most and why?
2. If the Eagles win the Super Bowl this year, will y'all perform at the Super Bowl Parade? Go Eagles!
3. What do y'all think about Shaq going to the Heat?
4. What was your most memorable performance together on tour back in the days?
5. What is your most memorable album that y'all made together?
6. Hey Will, I know you played Muhamad Ali in a movie, what other athlete would you wanna potray in a movie and why?
7. Hey Jeff, what other artist besides Will have you enjoyed the most collaborating with?
8. Are y'all gonna still be performing and rocking the house in your 70's like James Brown's doing right now?
9. Hey Will, if you had to go back and change something in one of your movies which one would it be and why?
10. Hey Jeff, what would you do if you weren't a DJ and why?
11. Also ask them if they would consider collaborating with KRS-ONE, Rakim, or Naughty By Nature.
3.
Never said that. I said enough people think he's corny as it is. Some people out there don't think he makes real music. I just think doing a christmas song wont do him any favours.
I feel u man I know you wouldn't say that 'cause you're a WS fan but the Will Smith haters that ur referrring to say that though!
4. Doesn't Will Smith have a home in Miami? Who knows maybe Shaq and Will might hang out and collaborate wit each other, they're both very funny guys! Sorry Bad Boys, I left the minute u were posting we'll chat soon man about hoops, we'll hav plenty of time b4 the season starts anyway, I think JYD is supposed to be in the trade too between the Bulls and Knicks, I hope not 'cause the Bulls need his energy, but if the Bulls add Mutombo in the mix, they'll have a better frontcourt, with Mutombo, A.Davis, and L.Deng, with Heinrich, and B.Gordan, they'll need some more experience off the bench as well by signing somebody like Kevin Willis, or even Dennis Rodman, since he still wants to play! :dancingcool:
5. The T-Wolves are comin' to the East I didn't know that I thought with the Bobcats going East, the Hornets were going West and that was it with realignment. How is the East gettin' better other than Shaq, Carlos Boozer's going to the Jazz, Kenyon Martin's going to the Nuggets, but it's early still, there's supposed to be a big deal between the Bulls and Knicks with Jamal Crawford going to the Knicks and Dikembe Mutombo going to the Bulls which I hope happens since the Bulls have a lot of guards and not enough big men, they could use Mutombo, while it'd help the Knicks since they have too many big men and not enough guard besides Marbury.
6. What's up y'all I heard today that Shaq got traded to the Miami Heat and Michael Jordan's trying to own the Heat now. Are the Heat gonna win the NBA title next year now Shaq and Dwayne Wade are gonna be quite a duo? A lot remains to be seen until the season starts in November but it's not lookin' good for the rest of the Eastern Conference, except for the Pistons! :werd: As a Chicago Bull fan I'm hoping that they get a center that can play some defense like Dikembe Mutombo 'cause stoppin' Shaq is the goal! It's messed up though that more people talk about the Lakers than they do the Pistons, didn't the pistons just win the title? :dunno:
7.
I think enuff people already think Will is corny as it is!!! I don't think he should do a christmas song!!
I don't think anybody thinks that Run-DMC is corny for making "Christmas in Hollis", they made feel good party records too like JJFP but they're more known as hip-hop pioneers, saying that Will's is a Disney rapper is like saying Run-Dmc were Disney rappers! :nono:
8. I wanna hear Will have more lyricism on this album and he shouldn't work wit any of these wack M.C.'s out right now, he should mostly do songs that reflect the views of his life, no singing, just lyricism about the things of his life, positive and negative, I bet that he has a lot of great things to say 'cause as you get older you have more knowledge and he should try to not go for the ignorant teen bopper fan base that drink and smoke weed all the time, he should go for a fan base of mature, family oriented people that love hip-hop for it's art not for what it's turned into! :werd:
9. Let me be the 1st to say what rappers today suck: Chingy, Nelly, Raekwon, Lil' Flip, Benzino, Jay-Z, and Ja Rule, I know I'm forgettin' somebody! Mostly every M.C. except for Fat Joe, Kanye West, Nas, Ludacris, 50 Cent, and DMX that're in the mainstream of hip-hop suck period! :werd: Will Smith brings ol' school hip-hop to the mainstream so his album needs to save hip-hop 'cause he's the only old-school rapper besides LL that the mainstream still pays attention to. KRS-ONE, Rakim, Slick Rick, and Public Enemy are still out there making songs or performing but the mainstream of MTV, VH1, and BET don't give 'em the shine they deserve but they're still the best m.c.'s out! It's sad that KRS-ONE's about to drop his 13th album soon and nobody pays attention to him for his consistancy, hopefully as they teeny boppers grow up they'll take a listen to some of his hip-hop and stop listening to this cornyness out now!
10. "Stall or React”
Rap Song By Big Ted

Chorus:
Should I Stall or React?
Don't Doubt When I rhyme raw on the track
Every M.C. in this time wants to ball with gats
When will they see that I don't fall for them and their crap
And when will it be about the art of the rap?
Or does the charts get y'all gased?
I'm about ready for y'all to depart and fall back
I never stall, I always react
Y'all never ball when y'all lose shine to play against the glass

Verse One:
Y'all know the center of attention
Those defenders don't ever step in
When they get referred to as broke pretenders
That got nerve to question
And the ball on the court gets deflected
But they fall short to what they first did mention
Lookin' like lame ol' sports is worse than depressing
That mouth you overexert is never respected
It's out of bounds, not even worth an honorable mention
When you act foul, your hurt is never sparred against
You lookin' to prowl, but you're a scared bitch
Don't look foolish now, 'cause you've been scared from the beginning
No use of lookin' out when your spare is dead
It's easy to shoot out words of how you're lookin' now when your flare is careless
No desire to perform
Is expired for sure
Why don't you retire in your Hearse
You're wrong when your time's up and tryin' work is getting' you hurt
Don't even act like you're showin' progress
When your rap flow is nonsense
That goes as a plot wrecked
How can you go then act like you got sense
To go jot that rap like I'm the fool on your shot of a diss'
That's too easy of a plot to track, like a pot full of piss
Why you gotta enact that cock bull****
You can't blast at the jock rulin'
When your spot is ruined
And that's got somethin' to do with
Preperation instead of anticipation
When your basics is a discracement
There's no way that you're playin'
Up to a high level
When you know what's up and I'm the rebel
Who never reveals the same move
Over and over when I shoot the next day improved
The percentage for me is up
That means you're beat again, punk!
It's not my fault that you're gonna live in a slum
Across from the mansion that I'm set to run
And by the time you get your guns
Like you're set in your mind to shoot someone
You'll be labeled as a studio thug
'Cause what you say on a record is a big front
Your whole album is one big Hollywood stunt
Written all over it
Big Ted got ya cornered, bitch
There's no reflection
Of an artist's inflection
When there's no heart in the record
[Repeat Chorus]

Verse 2:
I've worked out too much
To look now as a screw punk
Is used to what
Peeps use to describe
The whole fuse of my vibe
Of course some of my enemies refuse to collide
In my scene without a useful mind
So there's a clearance you find
But others that possess the foolish pride
Are the ones that make it hard to survive
I'm not tryin' to act like the bigggest star all of the time
That brings hurt to my life
'Cause I'm not tryin' to be the bad guy
So, What do you plot to deceive and act out your damn mind?
I wish that you stop proceeding and be actin' out more civilized
Why can't you just kill ya pride?
When you know that you cant't be perfect in every way
Even Michael Jordan didn't hit all his fade aways
And other cats won championships when he played
I would be foolish to say
That everyday is bringin' me nothin' but winningful ways
Sometimes there's bitterness in my days
'Cause my weakness is my shame
And it's what I hide, 'cause I claim
That my confidance outweights my mistakes
I don't take for granted of my fame
'Cause I could break when a lot doesn't go my way
But I don't see my paradise bursting
My spot of the title I've claimed
The past's done
So the future has some
Mystery ahead for the victory I want
And it's key that I love
Being myself and I hope that my future seed comes from
Someone that respects who she is and what she does
'Cause my weakness that I possess is the need in my fiend for love
I wish I could find her, when everyone proceeds for the front
That's the answer for who questions what I really want
I rather be a rapper that has passion than being the rapper who's just blasting guns
Even though there's no attraction, it's more interacted
With the state of mind that I'm from
[Repeat Chorus Until End Of Song]
