I'm somewhere around 5'9" or 5'10." I'm fine with how tall i am. One of my friends it's like 5'6" and it's funny cuz his other best friend is almost 7 feet tall. So when they are walking thru' the mall side by side, they look hilarious.

Prices have dropped a bit where i live. When i filled up 3 days ago, it waz down to $2.09!! And i even get the mid-grade gas. Usually when i go 2 the next city 2 go CD diggin', i go up on an almost empty tank and fill up there cuz their prices are usually 10 cent cheaper by the gallon. It makes me feel like i'm somehow beating the system.

I have 2 of her albums...but i don't even remember that song. It's not like they'd have the instrumental on her album tho.' :kool:

Prop 2 all the good students!! I'm one of those average students. I excel in some things, and suck in others (mainly math and science). As long as i see myself using something in real life (unlike advanced math and science), i do well.

Yeah, i think the Batman movies can keep coming. They just need 2 keep the same people in them (on the screen and behind the scenes). They need 2 be pickier about the scripts 2.

JAY-Z ON BIG WILLIE STYLE
JumpinJack AJ replied to JumpinJack AJ's topic in Jazzy Jeff & Fresh Prince
U can think whatever u want 2 help u sleep better at nite with the idea that Jay-Z is one of the best artists that Hip-Hop has 2 offer. I've been down with Hip-Hop since the mid-80's. I've grown up on stuff that could never let me consider him as one of the top 50 emcees. -

I waz just playing with the White Man Can't Jump thing. :kekeke: I got good newz 4 u, Wes. Females usually continue 2 grow until they are 18, but males usually keep growing until they are 21.

I didn't see it, but i can't wait 2 check the movie. I used 2 be a big comic book freak when i waz younger. I don't collect them anymore...but i still love that stuff. I got the Batman movie boxset 2 years ago. I remember thinking Batman + Robin was so cheezy when i saw it in theaters. But when i watched it 2 years ago, i actually liked it alot. Maybe it just wasn't meant 4 the movie screen. I like the dark, heavy feel from the 1st 2 Batman movies. But part of me dose like the more comic book style of the last 2. They just needed stronger scripts.

Don't say it's "peaking" quite yet. It can still go higher. It would be nice 2 call it a Top 10 hit. Which could snowball it in2 finally hitting my local Hip-Hop/R-N-B station (which only plays garbage when it comes 2 Rap...other than LL and BEP).

I love the group pic. Both FP and Jay-Z look so disinterested. :kekeke:

Jay-Z and Will Smith ...Business partners?
JumpinJack AJ replied to KBlakk05's topic in Jazzy Jeff & Fresh Prince
Waz it Jay-Z or Puffy that beat Steve Stout down with the telephone? If it waz Jay-Z, it's hilarious since he's also an investor. I think Puffy beat him with the phone and Jay-Z is the one stabbed Lance "Un" Rivera. It's so hard 2 keep up with these B and C level rappers. -
JAY-Z ON BIG WILLIE STYLE
JumpinJack AJ replied to JumpinJack AJ's topic in Jazzy Jeff & Fresh Prince
Jewerly isn't a reality...it's something u where. And gettin' Jiggy isn't a reality either. It's and escapism party pop joint. FP's jiggy factor is here and there, but i've heard alot of Jay-Z's stuff and i mostly heard the emptiness of stuff like jewery in his music. -
I'm not gonna clown u. I got her album when it came out and waz on sale. I'm only in the mood 2 listen 2 it once in a while...but i love "Hollaback Girl." Not 2 mention the video...talk about having your eyes glued 2 the screen. Right now i'm listening 2 FRESH PRINCE + LIL' JON - Switch (The Arkitek Remix)

Can't Wait To Be With You Single
JumpinJack AJ replied to fan 4ever's topic in Jazzy Jeff & Fresh Prince
Now that's a girl u wanna hang on 2!! I love the Red Eye Mix. Those overseas producers/remixers didn't do most of those "Twinkle Twinkle" and "Can't Wait To Be With You" remixes...but the Red Eye Mix of "Can't Wait..." is great! -
LESLEY GORE - Look Of Love Yep, breakin' out the 1960's top 40 pop!!

JumpinJack AJ replied to Hero1's topic in Jazzy Jeff & Fresh Prince

'The Riddler' Frank Gorshin Dies at 72 By JEFF WILSON, AP Gorshin is best known for his Emmy-nominated role as The Riddler on the 'Batman' TV series. BURBANK, Calif. (May 18) - Frank Gorshin, the impressionist with 100 faces best known for his Emmy-nominated role as the Riddler on the "Batman" TV series, has died. He was 72. Gorshin's wife of 48 years, Christina, was at his side when he died Tuesday at Providence Saint Joseph Medical Center, his agent and longtime friend, Fred Wostbrock, said Wednesday. "He put up a valiant fight with lung cancer, emphysema and pneumonia," Mrs. Gorshin said in a statement. Despite dozens of TV and movie credits, Gorshin will be forever remembered for his role as the Riddler, Adam West's villainous foil in the question mark-pocked green suit and bowler hat on "Batman" from 1966 to '69. "It really was a catalyst for me," Gorshin recalled in a 2002 Associated Press interview. "I was nobody. I had done some guest shots here and there. But after I did that, I became a headliner in Vegas, so I can't put it down." West said the death of his longtime friend was a big loss. "Frank will be missed," West said in a statement. "He was a friend and fascinating character." Gorshin earned another Emmy nomination for one for a guest shot on "Star Trek," a 1969 episode called "Let That Be Your Last Battlefield." In 2002, Gorshin portrayed George Burns on Broadway in the one-man show "Say Goodnight Gracie." He used only a little makeup and no prosthetics. "I don't know how to explain it. It just comes," he said. "I wish I could say, `This is step A, B and C.' But I can't do that. I do it, you know. The ironic thing is I've done impressions all my life - I never did George Burns." Gorshin's final performance will be broadcast on Thursday's CBS series "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation." Born in Pittsburgh, Gorshin broke into show business in New York. He did more than 40 impressions, including Al Jolson, Kirk Douglas, Bobby Darin, Dean Martin and James Cagney. Later, he took his impressions to "The Ed Sullivan Show" on a memorable evening - the same night the Beatles were featured. He did impressions in Las Vegas showrooms, opening for Darin and paving the way for other impressionists like Rich Little. Sammy Davis Jr. said it was Gorshin who taught him to do impressions, Wostbrock said. "He said you had to look like them and walk like them. Once you get that down, the voice comes easy," he said. Gorshin's movie roles included "Bells are Ringing" (1960) with his idol Dean Martin and a batch of fun B-movies such as "Hot Rod Girl" (1956), "Dragstrip Girl" (1957) and "Invasion of the Saucer Men" (1957). "He was fun, fascinating, wild and always a class act," Wostbrock said. "Here's a guy who always wore great clothes, stood up when a woman walked into the room - he was a gentleman. We did all our deals with a handshake. There was never a signed contract." His other TV credits included roles on "General Hospital, "The Edge of Night" and "The Munsters" as well as guest appearances on "Donny & Marie," "The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson," "Late Night with Conan O'Brien," "Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman," "Murder, She Wrote," "The Fall Guy," "Buck Rogers in the 25th Century," "Wonder Woman," "Charlie's Angels" and "Police Woman." Besides his wife, Gorshin leaves his son Mitchell Gorshin of Orlando, Fla., and sister Dottie Roland of Pittsburgh. Wostbrock said the funeral would be private and Gorshin would be buried in the family plot in Pittsburgh. 05/18/05 12:59 EDT
