I have an idea.. Do one of those videos where you narrate a story and draw pictures to it.. I know Chris has done one of those before so maybe he could do it.. It could be either the story of his life and how his music affected other people or maybe we could make it a little more personal and tell how his music has affected our lives.. you could start off when he was 10..became a DJ met Will released JJFP music, fresh prince of bel air..and then go into a little bit of our lives and once we listened to jjfp what happened..and then end with happy birthday jeff from the fans..that could be nice

Well the mixtape will come out in february but maybe Kel is done with rap after that... disappointing considering he still hasn't done a proper album yet.

a JJFP & Maxwell track would be incredible...seeing that Will & Jeff can perform just makes me want them to get back to music while they are still here! We just lost James Avery... you just never know how long you got..and there music would bring so much joy to so many people

Coz has the publishing for Jam On It..so he got paid but not much.. if the song gets released as a single and gets played on radio, performed on TV and has a music video getting plays he gets a lot more money! Jam On It has been paying Coz's bills for a long time..when Game sampled it it paid his bills for two years! Hope this one comes through for him!

every other Pitbull song seems to be #1 and on the radio so I hope this follows suit!

Yup.. I'd still say the set + crowd at Brixton was a lot better though! You don't how lucky you are in London!

Here is my recap of the tour.. http://www.jazzyjefffreshprince.com/blog/dj-jazzy-jeff-australian-tour-recap/ ferno didn't sleep at all man.. quick recap of timeframes": end of working week I was tired..Jeff went on friday night at 12:30 til 3:00 i drove home got home about 4.. had about an hour sleep then went to the airport to Sydney.. the ivy show was like 4pm until 7.. then they were doing another show at 1am.. I was trying to stay up until 1 to see the final show.. stayed awake.. went down to the hotel lobby to book a cab to the venue and they said its so busy you'll be waiting up to an hour..and that point i was too tired and I needed to sleep so went back to my room and crashed.. Ferno didn't sleep at all.. he decided to do a bit of sightseeing in sydney instead of sleep between the melbourne and sydney show.. those photos from Jeff are cruel I don't know how any of them stayed awake hah.

Just checking in to say Jeff did 3 shows ...yes 3 shows within 24 hours on this tour... Did I make it to all 3? You'll have to wait for the recap...

DJ Jazzy Jeff announces one off show Saturday at The Soda Factory If you have no plans for this Saturday night and you can make it to the The Soda Factory in Surry Hills then you can catch a free to enter one off show being hosted by West Philadelphia's (second?) finest, hip hop legend DJ Jazzy Jeff. Apparently this came about after Jazzy - aka Jeff Townes - hit the joint for dinner and had such a good time he offered to play the show after he finishes up at daytime Sydney gig at Ivy Pool Club. That's what struck me when I was with Will..literally everywhere we went people were freaking out.. I'm not sure that life is all that great to be honest...

where is this series being filmed? I know they did a few seasons in Australia although i've never actually seen an episode

That's an interesting take it on Vipa.. I agree that he doesn't seem to want to put anything out unless it's likely to sell a lot and be really popular. I wish he'd just worry about making a good record and forgetting the sales. The music industry is dead anyway

I wrote this a few months ago.. It was a situation where someone made me really happy and put me on thus great high..and then they were gone.. And it had me thinking..was the high really worth it..the happiness worth it when you are left with the letdown.. So if you look at the poem through that lense you should understand what I'm getting at
