  1. 3X KRAZY w/ 2PAC, EKLIPZE, B-N-T - Gaffled (Remix) Immortalized (1999)
  2. On a separate and random note, I picked up a weird DMX album 2day. It came out this year and it's titled "Greatest Hits With a Twist." It has X rhyming his hits over what I would consider karaoke beats. It's just weird. I guess this was a way for him to score money without paying the people who helped make the hits as much money. I can't say I'll listen to this again but I wanted to find a link to share it with you. I came across this deluxe version including 3 other re-recorded song plus a 2nd disc filled with remixes. http://www.amazon.com/Greatest-Hits-Twist-Deluxe-Explicit/dp/B004OMX44O/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1319431505&sr=8-1
  3. HEAVY D - Check It Out New Jersey Drive Soundtrack: Volume 1 (1995)
  4. BEASTIE BOYS + CYPRESS HILL - So What 'Cha Want (Remix) So What 'Cha Want (CD Single) (1992)
  5. I wish I could care about this news...but I just can't.
  6. HOUSE OF PAIN w/ GURU - Fed Up (Remix) Rise Again (1996) ^Dope^
  7. CHINO XL - Kreep Here To Save You All (1996) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7YfU1eEWt7A It took me 15 years 2 get this album...but I finally got it...lol
  8. COLBIE CAILLAT - Stereo All of You (Import) (2011)
  9. I love this....and I'm believing he'll keep his word. He sounds ready and focus. With proper backing, DMX can be on top again and tear apart all these commercial clowns who currently have hits. I love the new direction he is taking and the honesty in this interview.
  10. OUTKAST - A Life In The Day of Benjamin Andre (Incomplete) The Love Below/Speakerboxxx (2003) Always thought this track was ill.
  11. The song is so beautiful. I'm happy to see it got such a great music video. The end is powerful and I'm really hoping this catches a buzz.
  12. MC BREED + DFC - Ain't No Future In Yo' Frontin' (self-titled) (1992) Classic! Rest In Peace, MC Breed.
  13. I didn't know the address of the house...but that's because I didn't really care...lol. I also never heard about the show getting canceled before. The last one isn't correct though. Jeff wasn't thrown out more than once. I know they used the same scene MOST of the time but not EVERY time. I remember an interview with Jeff saying that he would often wear that shirt so they could use the same footage because his messed up his knee (or something) from shooting it more than once. I don't ever remember them using that same footage when he was wearing something else though...LOL...I'm gonna have to look for that when I re-watch the entire series.
  14. QUEEN LATIFAH w/ HEAVY D, KRS-ONE, + TREACH - Rough Black Reign (1993) Such a great posse cut...NO WEAK LINKS
  15. That cat is amazing! Thanx! His beats are flawless...I especially like the 1st song AND the vocalist on the hook.
  16. Cookie! How are you gonna come up here outta nowhere and leave a random comment?!? WE MISS U!!!
  17. PETE ROCK + CL SMOOTH - Lots of Lovin' Mecca + The Soul Brother (1991) So dope...it just takes me back.
  18. I never heard this before....It's good! It left my wanting a Guru cameo. I can't remember the last time I heard an female emcee that actually made me want to check out more of her music. It was probably over 10 years ago.
  19. PETE ROCK + CL SMOOTH - Da Two Soul Survivor (1998) So dope...haven't listened to this album in YEARS.
  20. I know you are addressing the industry. I'm saying that I think the industry was actually in a great state back then. There's an obvious trend in the quality of music and state of the industry.
  21. JOHNNY GILL - In The Mood Still Winning (2011) Here's a reminder of what what R-N-B should sound like. Thank you Johnny for repping real R-N-B and Maryland to the fullest. :)
  22. This may be a little silly, but I've probably gone back and read this article once every 2 hours all day long...lol. It just makes me happy.
  23. I love Jessie J. I plan on checking out Tony Bennet's new album. DJ JAZZY JEFF + FRESH PRINCE - Brand New Funk He's The DJ, I'm The Rapper (1988)
  24. Yes, Heavy D did recently release a new album...more like and EP. It's good but a few tracks are a bit compromised for today's sound. It's still a good album tho.' I was surprised to see that he gained some of that weight back in his performance. He had a good mix of hits but I hated that he rapped OVER the tracks. I loved the dancing and the throw back feel of the performance. LL's acceptance speech and rhymes was ILL!!! Loved it. The Shady 2.0 Cypher was also dope....and funny. I didn't see the rest of the show on TV because I forgot it was on. I tuned in as LL was being honored.
