  1. Wszystkiego najlepszego z okazji urodzin!
  2. Many artists are publishing cds with theirs own interpretation of Christmas carols (like Faith Evans). Todays on TV I seen concert with the same thing, some artists change Christmas carol to theirs own "it sees to me". Im wondering is there any cd interpretation of Christmas carols or just maybe one song into hip hop vibes? By the way: WESOŁYCH ŚWIĄT! which is means Happy Christmas!
  3. I can't agree with it. I like songs when you can hear fade outs etc. becouse it's not getting bored so fast.
  4. Summing up I made this topic becouse I was wondering why hip hop is so much more listening by white kids. Truly I don't know why?:hmm:
  5. :word: Maybe some of you can't understand it clearly cause in the USA we can see it in mixtapes, etc.
  6. Maybe world wide, but no way in the USA. Definitely more white fans than black here, but nowhere near the disparity in numbers. In fact, that would mean that 14% would be "other". Prodigy dodn't exacly said, if he means USA or world wide. Personally I thought he was talking about world. Yeah, that could be. I would really like to see that data though.
  7. Percy Sledge - When A Man Loves A Woman (beautiful song, Im thinking about buying some of Percy cds) Chris De Burgh - When Winter Comes Piotr Banach ft. Dziun & Gutek - Ściana Run DMC - The Kings Moby & Public Enemy - Make Love Fk War Sage Francis - Dance Monkey Sage Francis - Hey Bobby (Remix by Reanimator) Syleena Johnson ft. Hi Tek & Mos Def - Street Fu-Schnickens - Ring The Alarm Fu-Schnickens - What's Up Do (feat. Shaquille O'Neail) (old skool is zajebisty !)
  8. Why? So why it is so big blank beetwen white & black hh listeners? Maybe it is link up with material things.
  9. :lolsign: my town is to small for me to been able to act like you:) I remembered when WTC was destroyed that people had to go home on feet even by 2 hours, there was a scene on News when people walked on the bridge to theirs home
  10. strike of people who are working in public transport must be a disaster for a huge city like NY
  11. I heard that this process isn't easy thing, but someone can say that you are going on simple. oh, if you pay for a sample noone should say that it's stealing from law view, of course
  12. Hip-Hop did not become commercial until Run DMC's "Walk This Way", the Beastie Boys and MTV's Yo, MTV Raps. It was then that the majors first started getting interested and marketing to white audiences began in earnest. Lers agree with it. What's next?

  14. Ok, now I think I understand why hip hop, a music from black people is mostly listen by white peeps. 1. More white people live in the USA. They have more money, so they can buy more cds, right? 2. Bisnes is mostly lead by white men for a white kids. (<-- stupid?)
  15. He have problems with money, so I don't be puzzled if he would sue you:) & about paying for the sample. Puff Daddy paid a lot to make a posible to sample Sting song, & made "I'll be missing you". He made a big hit, earned a lot of money, but he paid for a sample & he hadn't problems with that. I can understand why F5 sued Will. It was their (maybe hard) work. Will used this without permission.
  16. Nice commercial. But what if someone could phone this number, I mean what would happen? Stupid question: You could talk with FP or JJ? :)
  17. oh, I see now. 10%, you wrote? hmm, it's not too much, I didn't realize about that. So from almost the begging, hip hop was controled by white customers? hmmm.... sad:(
  18. Yes, of course why not? I thought from long time that they can, also I heard about some summonses.
  19. "Rapper's Delight" was released in 1979? Right? It was so long time ago. But blank betwen listenrs is very huge. Stupid question: how much black people live in the USA? & how much of them listen hh?
  20. http://muzyka.onet.pl/mr,1216448,wiadomosci.html It's news that Mobb Depp is going release new cd "Blood Money" on 21 March. Prodigy said: "9 millions listeners is waiting at us, we want sell so much cds like Eminem. We know demographic data. 80% fans of hiphop are white, only 6% are black. Mobb Deep had & have support of street. But we hadn't interested white consuments on our projects. We had some white fans, but not so much like Em, 50 Cent & Dre have. We are beginning. Whole new generation is, we can reach for". I didn't listen them many times, but personally I don't like theirs approach, they want comercial succes. It unpredicts nothing good for new cd. But ok, miss it. I don't know if he said about only USA, or all world. HH was provided from black people. How it can be that there is so much blank between white & black hip hop listeners?
  21. Do you have this link? I'm thinking about buing a Code Red...... Im will be glad if I hear more songs then Boom, Im looking & I wanna rock.........
  22. OK, then it's not a sample at all then. Guess it's the translation. Lyrics in interpolations are always tricky, because you are supposed to get permission if you change anything. Again, I'm quite sure that a simple phone call would've taken care of it. UNLESS OF COURSE, F5 don't actually OWN the publishing... The article is saying that Will used their sample without permision. Thats for sure. Im not sure about lyrics. Just check lyrics on the net, & then we will know if Will also re-rapped their lyrics or download "Superappin" & compare Will song & original version. Could be that the article is wrong Damian, since everybody else says that it's just the lyrics. I have no idea since I've never heard the Will song. I'm checking article, & my translation for sure is good: "SMITH wykorzystał w utworze 'Will 2K' --> SAMPLE <-- z ich przeboju 'Superappin' z 1979 roku nie podając prawdziwych autorów." It's used sample not lyrics. But yes, person who wrote that, could be wrong. There is one solution. Listen this two song. I'm not sure if our inquiry is good aimed what Will exacly did, he stolen F5 lyrics or sample? Much more important thing is that he acted bad.
  23. :lolsign: Yes lyrics about killing for sure must been important, but hearing for 3 weeks the same things aren't easy. Maybe better then Em would be something from metal stuff (with hard guitars riffs & deppresing lyrics). For real, this guy has survived somenthing bad. I would not surprise if he is feeling bad when he is hearing Em & Dre stuff.
  24. This guys were convicted by cameraman to did that? Im wondering what exacly they said? Can someone write it?................................ please:)
