Good Morning, In episode 19, DJ Jazzy Jeff and his crew finish off their tour of Canada with Skratch Bastid before heading back to the States. Nothing really big, but I figured I'll let you guys know.

Will gets mentioned in a song by Pusha T on his new album "My Name Is My Name". In the song "40 acres" he raps:

Thought it was cool. Shows that people in the rap world didn't forget about him!

Why do artists have to put out hundreds and hundreds of songs to get a buzz? Why not just put together a quality album and promote that? You said Kel put his heart & soul into his music and stopped putting out? Well why not just continue to promote the songs you did instead of keep making new stuff. That defeats the purpose of the songs being made in the first place.




Not enough output? What are the fans for? SilverTiger was his output. Tim Price was his output. Those kids who he spoke to in schools were his output. Even if Kel never does another thing musically again, he should be (and most likely is) satisfied and fulfilled with all he's done. He's stayed active and has done positive things with his life and in turn made an impact in peoples lives. He helped Will Smith write lyrics. Will Smith. Some people take off with the connections they get, and some don't. Everyone has different levels of success. His resume is impressive. Nowadays, nobody is just music. They are always doing something else.

The 17th episode of Vinyl Destination continues in Cape Town, South Africa. As the crew preps for a major show, DJ Jazzy Jeff gives us an exclusive look at how hectic life can be on the road. The team encounters a few hiccups at the airport before finally departing back to the States. Only home for a week, they're off to Canada for the Canadian Tour. In this episode expect to see some real South African culture, an appearance from Rohan Marley, and a stop past the infamous Vintage Frames.

I would LOVE to record in this studio! Definitely a shadow dream of mine! I've been waiting ages for a video like this.... I just wish it was longer and we actually got to see Jeff make the beat! Chris needs to do a 'proper' video like this for Jeff.
