  1. It's so funny hearing Jeff have a heavy passion 4 something other than music. And i love how he justified buying a new HUGE TV becuase of the new system. Thanx 4 posting.

 Yeah that kinda funny that he is putting in a huge tv mainly to play video games on. I never knew he was into video games so much. Thanks for sharing hero.

  2. I think "He's The DJ, I'm The Rapper" is the greatest by far that makes Will a legend alone but "Lost and Found" is probably the most personal album he's done, "Willenium" got a great ol' school/new school blend to it, "Code Red" got a timeless feel to it, and "Big Willie Style" is probably the most feel good album ever, it's hard to favor one over the other even though I don't think he'll top "He's The DJ, I'm The Rapper", Will's definately one of the more versatile mcs of all-time that has standed the test of time with people still being interested in him 2 decades in the game, not many could say that, he always does something different with each album, it's hard to deny him being a legend.

I agree. I think Hes the DJ, I'm the rapper is the best album. Everything on that album is great, not even one bad song. You have Jazz ripping the wheels of steel, ready rock c busting the beats, and FP flowing smooth and awesome ryhmes. IMO that is the best Will Smith album. Big Willie Style is a pretty nice album though, just not one of my personal favorites.

  3. Yeah, if we do a contest or something, I think we should just be able to draw any JJFP picture we want (no offence). I think that would make the contest way more interesting. Creativity would be a big part of it. Then we could have a certain number of judges or just have everyone not in the contest just say the one they like the most. This just a suggestion.

Also thanks for the compliment on my Before The Willenium cover drawing cookie. But I think one reason why he dosen't look fat is I kinda changed my drawing to make Will look thinner and reposted the pic. Thanks for the compliment though :2thumbs:

  4. this guy on the radio said that there is an arrow in the FedEx logo. He said that because people see it so much they never notice. I just wanna see if anyone else can spot it.

    fedex_logo.jpg

The white space between the E and the X makes an arrow. I would have never noticed that unless I was looking for it. Thats kinda cool.

  5. This topic is kind of more JJFP related than just Big Will related but here goes: what's up with the song you saw my blinker? I could never figure out if it was based on a true story or not. I figured for Will to call someone a b**ch he'd have to be pretty mad. Does anyone know the story behind this song?

I kinda thought the same thing, until I read these topics from Lerkot's Library:

Check them out. They explain that song.

  6. I had a lot of free time today, so I made a new JJFP drawing. One thing that kinda sux is I didn't space it out enough. I made it too close to the top, so part of Jazzy Jeff's head is cut off  I think it turned out alright though. Let me know what ya think. Thanks for looking.

Picture I based my drawing after:

  7. That sucks, there could be a lot of great remixes for Summertime...

Actually, I think there is atleast one remix for summertime. Summertime '98 (SoulPower Remix) It is song #17 (second to last) on Jazzy Jeff & The Fresh Prince Greatest Hits album.

This is the link to the tracks on JJFP Greatest Hits album.

I may be wrong, but I think this is a remix for Summertime.

  8. well... i have a couple too, but the freshest in my memory right now is When Will & Carlton were in

Las Vegas, doing their "Apache" thingy... LOL

I forgot about that one I only remember the one where will and carlton have to strip for money in order to get the jewlery out of hock.

    I've been watching season 2

  :lolsign: :lolsign: Those dance moments were hilarious!!!

I also remeber the time where Carlton was in the living room. He starts looking around to see if anyone is around. After he sees no one is near, he turns on the Tom Jones song, and starts dancing around the living room, pretending to sing into a candle as if it were a microphone :kekeke: Will walks in, and just stops. He just stares at Carlton for a minute, while Carlton doesn't realize he was there. Then Carlton turns around, and stops dancing. After that Carlton sets the candle down, turns off the music, and walks out of the room as normal while Will is still staring

  9. Whats your favorite dance moment by a character from FPOBA? I thought this topic would make for a funny thread that would bring back some classic moments on FPOBA.

    I have a few favorites:

When Will buys a new car. Uncle phil is sitting at the table as normal when all of sudden the house starts shaking because of loud music. Uncle phil and Aunt Viv then walk outside, and you see Fresh Prince breaking it down :gettinjiggywitit: :Party_fest09: :lolsign: This is one of my favorite dances, cause he breaks it down, while wiping off his brand new car aka The Rap Mobile  Jazz was laying down inbetween the seats in the back. This was probably my favorite dance moment on the show.

During Geffery's b-day. Will was showing G how to act cool and dance funky fresh style. After Will does his moves, he tells Geffery to give it a try. Geffery then says "No because as far as I know, hell hasn't frozen over yet." Also I like the part later on in that episode when Geffery is dancing with his date @ Jazz's club. G was doing "the forbidden dance" haha. Will wanted to dance with his date, so he cuts in and does a really stupid funny dance (for like 3 seconds). He then gets thrown out of the club, like Jazz gets thrown out of the Bank's mansion. haha

During the 2nd episode, the first episode with Jazz in it. Jazz comes over to be Ashley's drum instructor, and comes into Ashley's room. He is checkin out the place and then Will tells Jazz to show Ashley how it is done on the drums. Jazz then gets busy on the drums, as Will gets jiggy wit it. hahahah That dance was hilarious.

  10. well I guess in "mr. nice guy part 2" will may have a little section for him.

:word:  This thread is hilarious

Wow. I think that by Bow Wow putting other superior rappers down, he is just trying to feel a lil better about himself. Maybe if he wasn't so full of himself, he would realize what he is actually saying. Why doesn't he just try to focus on his own music? I think Will needs to knock some sense into him :bat:  ;)

  11. Kev, I think Wes was implying that anyone that had The Magnificent, would already have heard the track and wouldn't be commenting on the groove or how relaxing it was... I've got the For Da Love of Da Game instrumental, if anyone wants it then give me a shout...

I would definitely like to have For Da Love of Da Game instrumental. :mrt2: I still need to pickup all of Jeff's solo records. Hopefully I will get some for x-mas. Thanks Jonny.
