Allhiphop is cool, very objective, didn't expected it.
Thanks for them pointing out the bad job Interscope did,
if they have put half the energy in will's album as they did in 50's or em's,
will would be the bomb now.

I do agree it's a great song, I'd wish he'd included it as a regular track :(

You guys know what will will perform at the Nick kids awards ?
I HOPE HE'LL PLAY AT LEAST 2 SONGS FROM L&F.
I dont wanna hear summertime and switch again, sorry I love them but,
on TRL, BET and Today show he did it, I want the fans to recognize his wonderful new
songs.

I have checked a lot of big music boards and stuff, and most of them,
love lost & found, they even say it's 1 of the best albums lately,
here's a link to it, many are SURPRISINGLY HAPPY, and they really liked it,

A lot of people, 700 people voted , and he got 20 votes for 1 mic, 60 for 2 mic,
these are the jealous people, haters, aftermath shady fans,
then he got 100+ votes for 3 mic, 200+ 4 votes :thumb: and 100+ 5 mic.
Average of 3.5/5 mic, and on a lot of boards it's the same,
the ones who hate him are %95 shady/50 fans, who didnt listened to it and just
hate him, the others like it very much, so on the Internet will is doing very good,
this kinda is good news cause a lot of people will buy it, I am feelin' the vibe from fans, I didn't expected the fans of other rappers to like this cd, but surprisingly they did, nas, jay-z etc. fans loved it, almost all of those guys liked it, rapper fans,
and hiphop etc.
And I think as like most of us, with time it'll do great, the album I mean.
I also tend to agree with hero that this cd prolly got more then 80k,
cause I checked and they are underestimating the figures also on will's movies,
so I agree with hero that it prolly did 100k or more, and to think that
if on the internet the cd is accepted, with time and promotion it will get bigger.
This is 1 of the music cd's lately, that will catch a lot of people off-guard,
they think ow it's will smith it's going to fail, but once they take the opportunity to listen, or if will publishes his 2nd single soon, it will catch a lot PEOPLE.
So I think this is 1 of the times, time will give lost and found the deserved
attention and respect.
The only negative aspect I think is, not so good publicity and promotion of L&F.
Most people still didn't really got the chance to see it, or feel it, cause it's not
been promoted, I blame Interscope for it.

Three years on from the disappointing Born to Reign, Smith’s decision temp- orarily to put his movie career on hold (THE EYE, March 5) seemed obtuse. But, on the evidence of this album, it was a shrewd move.

The record is a treat. Even when making significant points — Tell Me Why is about trying to explain September 11 to his son, while Ms Holy Roller includes an impassioned attack on religious fundamentalism — his style is impeccable. Smith is clearly enjoying himself. There is a sense of freedom to this record, as if running his own label means that he can trust his own instincts rather than pander to a marketing department’s perception of his audience ’s expectations.
His much-touted “dis” of Eminem in Mr Niceguy is really just a two-line aside, but the real attack is found elsewhere. Back to his best as a rapper, and recalling the easygoing wordplay of his teens, Smith revels throughout in clever, cheeky verbiage, and you begin to realise where Mr Mathers got at least some of his shtick from. And, as if to hammer home the point, he still does it all without swearing.

Yep, I agree.
It's a long term prospect, if you keep in mind with Born2reign,
not so good marketing and promotion, and an ok single,
but you know you have at least 2 top 3 hit songs, you will be guaranteed
of a long term profit, so it will get bigger and bigger,
maybe 1 of the best long term cd's in a while.
We'll see.
But I have a question:
Will has been on BET,TRL and Today Show, my question is,
if will would have been promoting party starter, tell me why instead of
switch and summertime, wouldn't this been the best promotion ? :speechless:

Swedish radio still doesnt wanna play the song, but a swedish music channel is playing it sometimes and I asume thats good..
Its just the girls in Sweden who likes Will and that disturbes me. The reason must be that the one thing Sweden is famous for - sitting down and being quiet - is the one thing Will aint famous for.

If I know will, which I don't, he'll release Party Starter.
I heard he's gonna do some performances with Luda around april 20,
so I think that may be an indication.

Well on mtv base, and in here, MTV Base is going to hold a
concert in africa on the 20th of april, will smith is going to perform with ludacris, so.
I assume this could be an indication to party starter :dancingcool:

I got the poster on my wall already, this man is my hero, he just keeps on getting better and better, on this album he sounds like he's still a young mc making a demo to get signed, if I could have half the desire he has in my life, I'd be a happy man. :ridepony:

yeah and on other songs like "I Wish I made That" and "Lost & Found"...i dont mind it because he's stressing his point.

then that's his opinion, it's not a true or false situation, it's an opinion.
For me, he didn't swear for no reason, he had his reasons, in the flow of the
song the f word needed to be said, and he cursed, so ?

And if he did curse for no reason, then why did he curse only 1-2 times ?

Wow, entry at 9 sounds cool, it can go to 4 I suppose.
Men, i'm really feelin' it, this is a good song, but will has so much better stuff,
imagine the ranks he will get with those, if this one gets already mid-level exceptions.
