1. Brett Ratner was expected to start "Rush Hour 3" after completing “After the Sunset”, starring Pierce Brosnan. But due to budget complications he has gone on to commit himself to the Sean Connery movie, “Josiah’s Canon” for Fox which will begin shooting in Prague in October this year. He is also eyeing the directorial job for “Mission: Impossible 3”.

It's still gonna happen, it's just not for a while yet. 2006 maybe?
If Bret does not get MI3, then he'll start on Rush hour 3 & (possibly) 4.

Also..........

Jackie Chan will do Rush Hour 3, despite his comments in many interviews that he does not like the Rush Hour series.

“American style is they give me three days, five days, maybe extra two or three days, but it’s still not enough,” Chan said. “But I trust American style now. Six years ago I was frustrated. It just made me angry, I need more days, more fights. But now I realize American style is more like script, comedy, then action. In Hong Kong movies, it’s action, action, comedy, and the script doesn’t matter. But it’s different. After six years I trust it. They don’t like to see long fights, but okay, I trust them.”

That is Jackie talking right there ^^^

So I wouldn't rule out RH3 or 4 just yet.

A personal note.
I think the Rush Hour sieres it too popular to give up on right now, and I bet the film studio know that too.
The fans want it, that stars want to make it. We just have to wait and it shall come.

IF it does happen, I'd like to see Jet Li as a bad guy. Jackie Vs Jet.................ohhhhhhhh baby. Now that would be a fight.
2.
Other than the non-updated Will Smith homepage, this site is the closet thing to official word of the latest with Jazzy Jeff & Fresh Prince.

Great job Tim.
Yup, if only the guys themself (Wiil & Jeff) knew we existed................maybe they do? :speechless:
3. The significance of JJ & FP's return?

When did they ever go away?

Seriously, JJ & FP ARE rap music, rap would not have been as popualr as it is today if it were not for these 2 muscial genuis(es), is that the correct gramma?

I know people in the past (mainly other rappers) have dissed them, but you got to give up props the the worlds best...................and they are the worlds best.

JJ & FP took the rap world and made it what it is today.

There is no one better than JJ & FP, even Will Smith is a poor replacement for JJ & FP.

JJ & FP forever and a year!

Soft? "Yeah more like Microsoft"
4. A few behind the scense facts from I, Robot.

In the display window of an antique robot store is Sony's AIBO robotic dog.

The car featured in this film is the Audi RSQ Concept car, designed exclusively for the film.

Will Smith stated he crashed a motorcycle at around 60 mph while filming.

The motorcycle Will Smith's character rides in the movie is a 2004 MV Agusta F4-SPR. It is one of only 300 produced worldwide. Its 750cc, inline 4-cylinder engine produces 147 horsepower and can propel the bike in excess of 175 mph.

For the character of Sonny the accused robot, the effects team used the same process that was used to create Gollum in The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers.

The lettering on the police cruisers are all done in the font "Chicago," the city the film is set in.

The name of the other driver involved in the accident that cost Spooner his arm is Harold Lloyd, named after the silent film star Harold Lloyd who lost several of his fingers after an accident with a prop bomb.
