  1. Zoe Kravitz and Sophie Okonedo are in early talks to join Will Smith and Jaden Smith in 1000 A.E.
    M. Night Shyamalan is directing Columbia’s sci-fi action adventure, in which humans no longer live on Earth after it becomes inhospitable. The elder Smith is playing a hero, while Jaden is his son, considered a failure as a warrior. When the two crash-land on Earth, it is up to the son to save the dad.
If deals are made, Kravitz would play Smith’s daughter, while Okonedo will portray his wife.
Gary Whitta, Shyamalan and Stephen Gaghan worked on the script.
The studio is eyeing an early 2012 production start with a release in June 2013.
Kravitz, who was last week honored with a rising star award at the Bahamas International Film Festival, appeared in X-Men: First Class as the mutant Angel Salvadore and stars in the indie drama Yelling to the Sky. Paradigm-repped Kravitz is due to shoot Fury Road, the fourth installment of the Mad Max movies, next year.
British actress Okonedo, repped by UTA, was recently seen in U.K. shows such as Doctor Who and Criminal Justice and appeared in features such as Hotel Rwanda and The Secret Life of Bees.

  2. Will, Jada certainly know how to Liv it up

Will Smith and wife Jada Pinkett did more to dash recent reports of marriage troubles by heading out to hot Miami club Liv to hear David Guetta spin records. The Hollywood pair joined Guetta and his wife, Cathy, at their aptly titled “[bleep] Me, I’m Famous” party at the nightclub inside the Fontainebleau Hotel on Saturday night. Spies said Jada and Will arrived late and went directly to the DJ booth to join Guetta. “They were hanging out all night. Jada and Will are huge fans,” one said. Then, moments into Guetta’s set, “Jada broke out into a dance routine on top of the DJ booth — the crowd went insane,” an onlooker said. This summer Will and Jada denied reports that they were splitting up. The night at Liv also included an impromptu performance by Usher, alongside Guetta. Also at Liv were Paris and Nicky Hilton and Molly Sims.

  3. Some dude from IMDB board claims he have seen the trailer!

Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones doing their usual alien chasing in the beginning they catch this giant alien fish in a chinese restaurant and Will Smith says something like "Im getting too old for this" and he says to Tommy Lee "I can't imagine how you must feel"
Then something wierd happens and Will Smith wakes up one morning goes to HQ and hes looking for Agent K and he asks this lady "Hey you know where Agent K is? You know old dude smiles like this" and J puts on a serious Tommy Lee Jones face lol. The lady tells him Agent K has been dead for forty years (I think Agent J time warps or something like that it was kind of confusing) and they have to send Agent J back in time to the 60's then we get a look at the bad guy whos like some Biker alien prisoner that escapes or something idk and Agent J is sent back to the 60's and All along the watch tower by hendrix is used in the trailer. J meets up with young Agent K (Josh Brolin) and tells him the whole situation and that he has to save him and Josh Broling just goes like : "Ok" lol his whole Tommy Lee Jones impersonation is just spot on and he looks so much like him. There were some action scenes and funny moments the rest I couldnt remember. Its going to be in regular 3D and IMAX 3D so that's going to be awesome.
Oh yeah and at the end of the MIB trailer theres this funny moment between Agent J and Andy Warhol but I wont spoil it.

  4. Sony, Will & Jada Pinkett Smith Developing Talker for Queen Latifah

Show in works for fall 2013

Sony Pictures Television is developing a talk show starring Queen Latifah for fall 2013, the company confirmed.

Will and Jada Pinkett-Smith's Overbrook Productions will produce, in partnership with Latifah's Flavor Unit Entertainment. Executive producers include Shakim Compere, co-founder of Flavor Unit, Overbrook's Miguel Melendez, Overbrook's James Lassiter, as well as the Smiths and Queen Latifah.
Queen Latifah and the Smiths have known each other for years. One of Latifah's earliest TV appearances was on Will Smith's Fresh Prince of Bel-Air in 1991 and 1992, and she starred in the film Set It Off with Jada Pinkett-Smith in 1996.
Latifah previously starred in her own talk show, which aired for two seasons, premiering in September 1999 and finishing its run in 2001. Telepictures produced that show with Warner Bros. Domestic Television Distribution distributing.
