    assigned singer-songwriter Amanda Ghost in charge of Epic Records. at least they're admitting to and confronting such a problem that's been a big part of the reason of the decline in substance.

    "I'm here to draw on my experiences as an artist, songwriter and producer to make the new and existing artists signed to Epic as brilliant and successful as possible."

    She will be responsible for overseeing the management and creative direction of Epic, which also counts Jennifer Lopez, Shakira, The Fray, The Script and Ozzy Osbourne among its signings.

    I just think that right now Will is going by what other people tell him. People have probably told him so many times that he's a better actor than a rapper he's started to believe it and because of this he probably figures ''Hey since people think i'm a better actor than a rapper, i'll stick to making movies'' but if it was the other way around where people are telling him he's a better rapper than an actor then we'd probably be getting alot more albums out him

    Someone needs to tell Jaden that he released Switch only 3 years ago and it was a worldwide smash that went double platinum! Maybe he didn't realise because he was only 7 at the time!

    That's true and i also think that someone needs to tell Jaden that whenever Will does one of his one off performances people love it (Just look at the Nelson Madela performance he did in 2008) so people are still interested in his music
