  1. I don't follow sports at all. I waz in a bar the nite the Yankees/Red Sox game and i got so annoyed. I waz just hanging out with friends and talking but all these half drunk idiots were yelling and getting all loud since the Yankees were losing. I don't think they shut up until like 1 in the morning.

  2. I don't mind LL's street stuff....but i really like his current stuff. He's a family man who's been doing this forever. To talk like he's in the streets everyday would be phoney. I just like hearing LL record stuff i can relate 2 from the 1st track 2 the last. The lyrics are straight forward and something that kids can listen 2 as well which i admire alot. I don't mind if he gets gritty for another album, but i don't want the lyrics 2 get explict. U can hear explict stuff anywhere.

The production on The DEFinition covers all bases...straight Hip-Hop (Feel The Beat), R-N-B love joint (Hush), slick commercial track (Rub My Back), club banger (Headsprung), ghetto-fab party joint (Move Somethin'), straight lyrical joint, (1 In Da Morning). Like all great artists, there's more 2 the album than the singles.

LL is just a standard 4 what a legend should be in my opinion. I can't wait 2 see the video again. I think it's flawless.

  3. I didn't read any of the replies in this post. I just wanted 2 say that "U Saw My Blinker" waz clearly intended 2 shock fans and grab attention. It's one of the funniest songs he's ever done. He's rappin' all hard and droppin' the b-word at the end of each verse. Listen 2 the lyrics, it's the most rediculous story in the world 2 be so serious about. FP actually performed this song live on MTV. I had it on tape but my parents taped over it!! :bang: They also released it as a promotional single. My friend let his grandmother hear the song and she thought it waz hilarious...i find that really funny.

The song obviously did what it waz supposed 2 do, cuz people are still talking about it 2 this day.

  4. It's like a pretty hip, swinging song.

    I can't believe u typed that.

"Dance or Die" is a bouncy track (unheard of in 1993 since all those fools were playing gangsta back then). FP comes with this lyrics that seem hard, but he's speaking as the music that's intended 2 get the hardest thug off the wall and on2 the floor. Very creative song.

I don't remember it being in the movie tho.' If it's in it at all, it's probably just the instrumental for a moment. It would be stupid 2 have FP rapping in a movie he's in. I also didn't notice Kwame producing the track. I've had the soundtrack for 10 years but never checked the credits 2 Del's song.

  5. he hasnt got any movies lined up at the moment.. Will really wants to get out and perform.. i think the success of switch and the album will determine whether it happens or not

Yeah, no more Born To Reigns. There is STILL no excuse 4 how poorly it sold. It may have been an experimental album, but that's no excuse 4 it 2 at least go platnium. It's up 2 us 2 get the word out there, pick the album up the week it drops, and try 2 keep people from uploading/downloading the album.
