I don`t like that list...

This is no offense to Jay-Z but even he admits that he looks up to LL Cool J, Jay-Z has some skills but he ain't LL, LL's been out for 20 years ballin' since Jay-Z was a teenager and is still on top, he has 10 platinum albums under his belt, it'd be 11, but he took time off to work on a #1 movie comin' out this weekend and is a family man so raising his kids is most important to him, he's a champion like Will in no matter what he does, he set the standard for entrepeneurisms in hip-hop and still is, like a said before to say Jay-Z is a bigger legend than LL is like sayin' Lebron James is better than Michael Jordan, only time'll tell, LL's still doing his thing and is not retired yet so I don't think it's fair to write him off.

I vote for LL..

That`s just sad :tear:
Doe`s anybody know how 112`s "Pleasure and Pain" doe`s?

As they dubbed the FPOBA in Germany, I'm glad they didn't do it with the theme song, so its the original one over here.
But I found this little file, contenting the song dubbed in Italian! Bad, worse, the worst, but fuuuuuny! :hilarious:
Got anyone annother language-version of the song?
Yeah that`s just crazy :hilarious:
The "ohh" in the beginig :hilarious:

I think the Seeling of the "legends" aren`t that bad.Ok maybee 50 Cent sels much more than LL but it`s just a hype.LL or De La Soul Will be still here when 50 Cent is allready forgoten...
Oh my God..My English sucks so much... :nono:

In these days, when albums can go platnium in 2 or 3 days, i'm really disappointed that Rock The House and And In This Corner... have still sold more copies than Lost + Found. After all, in those days, it waz amazing when a Hip-Hop album sold Gold.
It's dissapointing but ol' school hip-hop is dead in the mainstream world, how much did "The Magnificent" sell? I'm sure "L&F" passed that already too, LL Cool J's the highest selling ol' school mc over the past couple years with "The Defintion" which sold around 600,000 copies, which is about as much as Nas' "Street's Disciple" sold and he's not even that ol' school yet, it's a miracle for ol' school hip-hop artists to sell 100,000 these days, I don't even think De La Soul did that, so let's put this in perspective here, Will's doing great 'cause his time was supposed to pass him already as far as sales are concerned! I wish that artists could be judged on their talent more than how old they are, but I guess the teens don't wanna buy albums by somebody as old as their parents. Tim has a point there too, nobody's going platinum in 3 days anymore except Eminem and 50 Cent, the average sales for the #1 album lately has been less than 100,000, so even if Will hit #1 for a couple weeks, it still would take longer than a couple months to go platinum.

I dunno, I mean it sales great and all, Switch is doing good but not the album! Will gotta do somethin' 4 L&F or not?... :confused3:

Look at LL Cool J, isnt "Hush" still in like the Top 20 over in the UK? And that album was released on August 31, and the single in October/November.
No not in Europe!Hush is released somewhere in 2005..

i think Will did a great job with this album with keeping his old style but adding something deeper and new. He still has his story telling raps and he still uses humour like in here he comes and mr nice guy, but i agree he cant just keep making happy songs all the time and so he went deeper with tell me why and ms holly roller.
This album has a perfect mix of fun and serious stuff.
Yepp, agree! But for sho there's more serious stuff in it than funny...! I like it the way it is tho'! Awesome album... :kool:
Some may hate me for this but i think the funny Stuff was much better than that deep stuff!
cause in funny stuf he was the best i think. But in the other stuf he isnt such as good as others..When i need deap things i have better options.
I don't know about that. It seems that the deep stuff is what really conveys how Will is thinks about certain issues. Miami and Gettin Jiggy Wit It were good tracks, but we didn't learn too much about Will in the process. The light tracks are the watered down and commercialized. The deep, heavy, introspective tracks are where we see Will at his best.
Yeah ok thats threw..But still..I miss the good old times a litle bit :tear:
But on the other side I`m happy that he still is doing his thing!

I dont agree, I think the album is cool, but I can understand that you miss the odl style. I do think he could have kept a lil of it, even the party songs arnt like his old party songs
Yeah thats good said!
I miss the good old times to :tear:

'Boom! Shake The Room" is a great song, I don't get how Will could say that's the worst song he's ever done, I think "Men In Black" was his worst song, but even that was a #1 hit, so needless to say he doesn't make wack stuff.
No I don`t hink "Men In Black" was the wrst....."Wild Wild West" was terible...

haha thanks for that crazy link fabman!
You're welcome. I forgot: FPOBA is called "Willy, il principe di Bel-Air" in Italy and it began in 1994 on Italia 1. They showed the episode 5-03 surprisingly yesterday (instead of Will & Grace), 7pm on Italia 1. The guy who dubbed Will and rapped the italian theme is Edoardo Nevola. He is Will's italian voice in Made in America, too. Here is a pic:
OMG! !!!!
That`s just scary.....!!! :hilarious:
