I think if you're logged on for 15 minutes, but there's no activity, there's a 15 minute window where people can kill you. If you've logged off, that 15 minute window is still there.

This game makes no sence. The window is really broken, i could even see some1 on the online bar and when i went to attack them it said i cant attack people who arnt online. Then they went from the online bar but had only been offline for about 2 minutes.
So i think fair enough the window doesnt work, i can go offline and people cant attack me, but nope they still can use the window but i cant. So basically some people have an unfair advantage coz they can use the window and others cant.
I think that if someone is logged onto the site, but they haven't had any activity for a while, they haven't visited any threads or looked around the site, the 15 minute window kicks in and you can't attack them, even if they are logged on. I'm just guessing. I'd need Tim to advise.

Barak and Hilary are basically even right now in terms of delegates and in terms of the popular vote so far. The big concern for Clinton is the next few weeks. Barak is looking strong in the coming primaries and caucuses over the next month, and if he manages to win them all or most of them, the momentum could dramatically affect the huge primaries in Ohio and Texas on March 4th. This could get even more interesting if Barak pulls ahead.
Barak also looks like the stronger of the two candidates vs. McCain, the presumptive Republican candidate. From what I hear, there are Republicans who are pulling for Hilary because they think McCain has a better shot against her than Obama. You're know you're doing well when the opposition supports your opponent because they're wary of you. This is like The Gauntlet or something.

It would also prevent those who are strong in the game from attacking others who aren't strong. Why not just make it that you can't attack those who aren't playing?
yeah i wish you could do that..but thats not an option..people can opt out of the game but they have to go to there profile and do that..although i think i can set it so if you arent active for like 60 days u then are no longer playing maybe i should reduce the number of days

i tried to attack some1 that was online 14 mins ago and it said i couldnt bcoz this person is not online
and no i wasnt dead when i tried this.
Same has happened to me a few times. It's weird.

I think people log on, attack, and then log off. It's happened to me a few times. There are plenty of problems with playing this way, as I noted even before the game started. :sipread:

They were already VERY good, now they are just far above the league.
Stern wants a Celtics vs. Lakers final, he's going to get it. Lakers will most likely win the title
with that sick line-up. Best frontcourt in the league with Kobe at the backcourt + one of the better benches in the league has to win a championship almost every year, at least 1 in the next 3 years.
We have to wait to see how things gel. The Iverson/Melo pairing hasn't helped Denver all that much, yet people were claiming that they'd win a championship in the next few years. Now they're struggling to stay in the playoffs in a revived and dangerous western conference.

I wouln't say the Lakers were an average team that played above their game. They had one of the harder schedules to start the season and yet managed to do pretty well... Top 3 or so record in the league before Bynum went down. The play of Farmar, Fisher, Ariza and especially Bynum is really the difference in comparison last year when Smush Parker and Brian Cook were the guys getting major minutes... and Smush Parker was starting.
The addition of Gasol makes them a scary team but we'll have to wait to see how they gel. They are definitely a championship contender in years to come with Bryant, Bynum and Gasol if things are even mildly sussessful though.

I know the full story. I also know there has been a better time. But in my opinion people can post what they want, and if you don't like what they post just ignore it. It's called freedom of speech.
Actually, there's really no such thing as freedom of speech on a message board. Message boards are only governed by the rules of the board. Things like spamming, cursing, and going ridiculously off topic are firmly discouraged on most message boards. The goal isn't to censure someone, but if what they are doing harms the quality of the board, it should probably be kept in check.
Plus we all know that Tim is Australian, and the Australians don't believe in civil liberties!!! Just look at the way Tim treated his soldiers in the last army game. :shakehead:

MaxFly actually has enlisted a legion of lorettas for world domination. They are all in grade 5, but secretly tell maxfly they are 16 cause they think his name is cute and would lik 2 cht and 4 him to be their online boyfriend. At the moment maxfly is secretly placing lorettas behind dumpsters across america and the world.

Hmm, roughly 50 percent of the topics are pointless. There are a few good ones, but the forum could be better, and I'm sure it will be.
What I don't understand is why some ppl talk about something that they really have no idea.I, and a lot of others here started posting at ws.com as soon as the present board was up and functional. As I said, I spent a great deal of time conversing with the mod or mods as to what could be done to control the quality of the board. This was a time when topics ranged from "Will Smith is hot!!!!!" followed by "Will is gay!" followed by "Trey is so cute!!!" followed by "Does Will like men!" followed by "Will is soooo, sooo, hot!!!"
All of this was at a time when I was posting here. I think I'm qualified to comment, and I certainly know what I'm talking about. As would Julie... Julie's been posting on Will's boards for 8 years now.
Like I said, I think things will get better. There just needs to be more mod involvement.
