  1. just $20 mill? after touring and promoting the film extensively? c'mon! it's gotta be more than that. will has promoted this movie more than any other. it should be more. and next year, will's gonna hit $250 mill. an amen to that somebody!
  2. suprising that the likes of j.lo and jay z would surpass will in wealth, but how 'bout the last question i asked? anybody know?
  3. the video should be huge and model feels good 'bout it so it makes us all happy. um, shouldn't be doin this here but a rather sad 3rd anniversary of 9/ 11 to all my people on this board especially the americans. i hope we all commemorated today. and speakin' of anniversaries, will's is comin' up on the 25th (36 yrs!). what are we gonna do 'bout it? wouldn't it be great if he released the video on that day?
  4. congrats to will, 'i, robot' finished 6th in the list of highest grossing movies in the states for summer. here's the list: 1. shrek 2 2. spidey 2 3. harry potter 3 4. the day after t/morrow 5. the bourne supremacy 6. i, robot i can't remember the other four, but 'collateral' was included and that's an additional hurray to jada too. they did it last year (bb2 & matrix sequels). peace.
  5. hey, there's sumthin' i wanna know. on the fortune mag website, p.diddy was said to have made $315m just last year (or this yr?). so i'm askin' : are those monies their whole net worth or just money they made over the year? and please, can someone tell me how much will is finally gonna make from 'i. robot' since he executive produced. thanx
  6. :dunno: if you are really beautiful, that's model, then u should be proud and keep ur head up. i think it's quite good of you to feel akward havin' a married man 'eye' you continuosly. but is there anythin' wrong with a married man admiring beauty? :what:
  7. well, i guess all my best beats hav to hav been produced by jj. is 'nuthin on my mind' included? cause i love that too.
  8. same old freaky morty! will now helps in drug dealing and hustling? then what would the likes of 50cent and the others do? u're supposed to acknowledge he made an error and instead u say there's nothin wrong with what he says! u're the weird one in this fan site really.
  9. yeah, i gotta comment on bb2, 'cause it looked like it was only will who was a 'bad boy'. martin's character looked too withdrawn and not to adventurous like will's. the final argument to me was bb2 wasn't as good as the 1st. if sequels outmatch the prequels in movies, the better.
  10. hey y'all this is the best list and it's mine! (just kiddin'). - nas (he's the realest mc and the most respected in the game now no doubt) - eric sermon - kanye (he stands out of the present commercial trash) - a tribe called quest or any tight ol' skool mc's/group, and a pete rock inclusion (production or recording) would be dope. peace.
  11. i hope jj didn't do 'yes, yes, y'all' 'cause that's definitely ma best beat of will's. very jazzy beat that's why i'm concerned. peace.
  12. "this is how da beat goes on, big will, tra knox aight, this is how the beat goes on!" a tra k(nox) is just enuff for me on the album. peace
  13. all good, but what the hell is cassidy doin' in the documentary? as far as i'm concerned, he's just a tiny little rat in the game.
  14. :thumb: it has to be 'state enemy numero uno'! :kekeke:i think the story is the most realistic of all will's movies. the second should be 'bad boys' (not bb2!), i can't get tired of seeing it. the third has to be 'ali'. it was a defining movie in will's acting career and a great performance by him (oscar nomination) and also who the movie was about. on the other hand, y'all know i started the topic of worst movies, so y'all probably should know 'em. :thumb:
  15. :switch: thanx a lot hero uno! releasing the album in january, i think is a good idea. it's gonna be a fresh start. they're still a lot of hit albums comin' out later in the year from big artistes. i 'm with will in releasing next january. but hope no changes on the single :switch: . i' m dyin for that.
  16. yeah, jumpin jack, i was talking about the time it took to do the second one, 8 years. i think that was way to long for an action comedy flick. the first one was in '95. if the second one was like let's say '97, '98, better. will in an i, robot interview posted on this site commented on bb2 when asked how it wasn't well received and i think the time factor has a lot to do with it. it's not just about making blockbusters, it's about how the public reacts to it. any of you guys wonder if out of those who paid $290m to go see the movie did it out of curiousity? or what if there wasn't a sequel? if there's gonna be a bb3, it had better be bad ass gooooooood!!!!! and real big willie, there ain't no way you gonna compare t2, to t1. t2 was da bomb. the reaction it received all over the world was huge. that was arnold's biggest grossing movie to date. :thumb:
  17. i thought it was hype though, when i heard it in nov '99. the whole y2k buzz was in the air at that time so it was a good millennium kinda party song. however, will doesn't have to sample a lot of songs to make hit records. there have been a lot of criticisms on his sampling. born to reign had real original stuff, but the biggest hit in the album was a luther vandross remake... c'mon will? hope his next effort will be sample free.
  18. bad boys was will's first big movie (he was just a rookie) and if the second movie surpassed it, it was because of the first one. i think the first one was still better than the second. i can watch the first one countless times but i can't for the second. the 2nd one had a rather complex story than the first and the time lag was way too much. although this isn't a factor, but it shouldn't be for action comedy flicks. if they wanna do a bb3, it should be far, far better than the previuous 2 films. i think more money should be spent on a very good script than the actors or directors. i hate trilogies in which the last movie doesn't surpass the other. e.g terminator, the 2nd one; judgement day remains the best out of the 3 which shouldn't be. it should be 3, 2, 1.
  19. for the record, too fresh it's '' how' the beat goes'. and would u be pleased if will's album didn't do well commercially? and i only complained about the commercial aspect of the album and not the content or the lyricism of the artistes.
  20. hey, i'd like to know how food'll served on a human being. is it on the hands or are there things attached to her? i mean come to think of it, diddy was trying to be very naughty with that. imagine will saying, '' i don't want the food on the table, i want the table!"
  21. i think we should call it quits with this freak cause he shouldn't have even been made an issue on this site. of course he's racist, the way he talks with a lot of arrogance. i'm sure he eats a lot of snakes. freak snakey movie 'star'.
  22. i think the main issue is if will isn't very concerned about his album commercially. 'cause he's been there and done that. maybe this album is just to give his fans somethin' to jive to. but if he thinks otherwise, i think he should release far from when em's releasing his. it might not out-sell em's album, but it would do very well than if it was released maybe the same month. and what's up with the single? has he found a record label yet? 'switch' has to 'be it', just like 'yeah' was for usher and the wait isn't worth the while anymore.
  23. :what: accordin to mtv news, eminem will be dropping his 4th solo album, 'encore' on november 16. now there is a lot of history here. i'm lookin at this from a commercial aspect. in 2002, will and em released albums in the month of june (em released his first) and em's album became the best selling that year, all over the world. em burst into the scene in '99, and he released his debut effort b4 willennium was released that year. while he was still being appreciated, that's em, will was already big. due to movie schedules, will wasn't to drop another album until 'btr' and em had already hit it big with his sopho effort 'marshall mathers lp'. which brings me back to the future. will said the album release date was nov. (am i right?). should he release b4 em's arrival or after. i'm saying this cause will used the strategy in the movies this year. i, robot was to be released the same week as spiderman 2. but 'robot was pushed 2 weeks up front cause if 'robot had been released the same week (will even acknowledged this), 'robot wouldn't have done so good. spidey 2 was the most anticipated movie this year. and em's album in 2 and a half years is gonna be big. so what y'all think. is em a threat to will's album commercially? and i don't mean to undermine will b4 em, but guy's we should look at the reality here; em's big!
  24. i'm very sure the asshole of a d-list actor isn't paid that much that's why he's against more established actors. he says they aren't men? he must be f**king nuts and a huge sisi to act in a sequel to that poor special effect driven snake movie. i mean seriously, that guy's nuts. he ain't paid $20m a film and he criticises other guys? he's just a filthy piece of run down sh*t. that's all i'll say about the freak.
  25. an mib3? i can't really tell. mib is a fun type of unserious movie, and also a family movie which makes it appealing to a larger audience. yeah,a part 3 would hurt but not as much as a bad boys 3!
