News: Jazzy Jeff's debut house collection.
STOP PRESS: Defected Records have forged a reputation of being the night for true house music lovers. This months line-up cements that status with arguably two of house music biggest stars - Jazzy Jeff and Kenny Dope Gonzalez.
Jazzy Jeff makes a very rare appearance at Defected in the House this Oct. In preparation of the imminent release of his VERY FIRST house compilation - Jazzy Jeff in the House released on Defected Records, he will be playing a special set which reflects his version of cool, soulful and bumpy house grooves with a hip hop influence. Jazzy has flown direct from Philadelphia to play for Defected and present an award at the MOBO's. He will be supported by Virginia's very own word master and Emcee Madd Skillz.
If that wasn't enough Kenny Dope Gonzalez, one half of the legendary Master at Work will be sharing the top bill. He will be jetting in from NYC to offer his experience to the Ministry main room. When Kenny has played before the event has been a total sell-out, we would bet our bottom dollar that this time it will be the same.
This is a fearsome pair up and would be considered one of the events of the year for Defected.
