DJ Jazzy Jeff appears in the brand new game from Activision, DJ Hero! DJ Hero is available for PS3, Xbox 360,Wii and PS2 is released October 27 worldwide. DJ Jazzy Jeff contributes two great mixes as well as appearing as in-game character in the brand new music game. Of course Jeff is the best DJ in the world so it comes as no surprise that he drops the best two mixes out of a playlist of over a 100.

The first mix is The Aranbee Pop Symphony Orchestra "Bittersweet Symphony"vs LL Cool J "Rock The Bells" Produced and Mixed by DJ Jazzy Jeff. You may recognise bittersweet symphony from The Verves hit track. Jeffdrops his classic Rock the Bells scratch routine so now through DJ Hero you can try and emulate the master! Video below:

The next mix in DJ Hero is Tears ForFears "Shout" vs Eric B. & Rakim "Eric B is President"- Produced and Mixed by DJ Jazzy Jeff

Again Jeff just kills Eric B is President!

Yeh saw a playtest review of this on Screwattack.com looks generally pretty fun.

I've wanted to do Jeff's rock the bells routine for the longest time but never had the skills..this is gonna give me the opportunity!

The scractching part isn't reall represented that well in the game. Its more about use and timing of the cross fader. It seems the speed you sratch makes little difference its just the intial timing.

When you get to expert mode..you have to scratch like Jeff..you have to follow his patterns and timing to get the score

i might have to get this, i only discovered guitar hero a few weeks ago coz my friend got it, i like the concept of the game but i dont like the music.

This game is perfect for me.

Hey guys the game is a lot of fun.. definitely reccomend it.. its damn hard though! I just unlocked Jeff and got 5 stars on my first go of eric b is president so watching Jeff scratch has obviously paid off hah

Exellent dope interview.. i am so anxious to play dj hero is there a practice mode or a tutorial to help you get used to the controls?

Aww man when he starts talking about him and will hooking back up and talking about music gets me hyped. will's movie fans hate it when jeff comes around and we hate when we here about another movie.

Wow, I didn't watched the interview before I posted it, but it's a really dope interview !

Everything is interesting !
The end is more interesting, we know that they really really want a JJFP reunion, but it's just that they can't for the moment.
But the fact is they really really want to, and they talk about it ! It's a good news !
I remember Will saying a few years ago that music is an obsession. He can wake up in the night and write some lyrics, even if he don't want to make an album. So for him, music is stronger than anything. There is no other way, he will do an other alum (hooopppe...)

The only thing that scares me a little is that Will just took a few months off. So now, he will do some movies for some years. And I think he need a couple of months off to do an album, he will not do an album while doing a movie.

Got this today, incredible game. Bloody hard though, the Expert level is insane. Highly recommended though.
