1. Will would be a fool to not make big movies, he has a well established acting career and he shouldn't stop that now 'cause I don't realistically see Will selling almost 10 million off of his next album the way the current state of the music industry is, the average music fans wanna hear ignorance and don't know what real music is like we do!! But if Will loves hip-hop as much as he says he does, he'll release his album anyway and not pay attention to how much it sells, like I said before the loyal fans will buy it!
2.
THE LAKERS SUCK!!!! I HOPE THEY LOSE!!! EVEN IF THEY WIN, THEY STILL SUCK!!!
It doesn't matter what happens from here this is the Lakers last run! The Bulls are a very up and coming young team all they need is veteran leadership by re-signing Pippen(if he's healthy enough to play we could use him) or sign Karl Malone in free agency and they can compete with the Pistons and the Knicks in the Eastern Conference next year, I think the Pacers and Nets will lose more next season, Jason Kidd's hurt too, and Reggie Miller shouldn't start anymore! The Timberwolves will probably win it all next season though 'cause Garnett will be hungry.
3.
The lack of good Hip-Hop and Rap has totally driven me in2 the arms of other music... .... I just hope that something happens 2 save Hip-Hop music. It sucks 2 have only 3 or 4 CDs come out each year from your favorite kinda music.
I like listening to a lot of R&B and Reggae now, but you can see that the reggae artists are startin' to do the same trash that the rappers are doing now! I like listening to ol' school music period, whether it's '80s-'90s hip-hop, or '70s-'80s R&B, or '70s-'90s Reggae. If I had a rough day at work, I like to put on something releaxing to listen to like Boyz II Men or Stevie Wonder rather than something that's too hard and edgy, but sometimes when I'm real mad I'll put on some 2Pac or Dr. Dre, and when I feel good I'll listen to JJFP and LL Cool J, I like music that has some emotion in it, if you listen to a lot that's out now, it doesn't make you feel anything, the youth is gonna hear it and be all confused about what real music is, you're right man music is music, right now it seems that the music has no soul in it, 'cause the people that make the music are souless people only worried about themselves. A lot of the songs that I write express the various moods of my life and I don't see any rapper currently doing that, we don' really know about them, who they really are and that is pitiful 'cause m.c's used to tell stories with their music but they don't do that anymore.
4. For the Sexiest Videos Ever I'd have to say: #1-Salt-N-Pepa and En Vogue "Whatta Man" #2-Keith Sweat "Nobody" #3-Boyz II Men "I'll Make Love To You" #4-Montell Jordan, Master P, and Silk The Shocker "Let's Ride" #5-Salt-N-Pepa "Shoop" I also think the videos y'all mentioned are sexy as well! :thumb:
5. Most of the wackest songs are the ones that came out in the last 5 years! #1-Nelly "Hot In Herre" #2-Nelly "Country Grammar" #3-Chingy "Right Thurr"(Both Versions) #4-Puff Daddy and Mase "Can't Nobody Hold Us down"(They ****ted on a classic) #5-Vanilla Ice "Ice Ice Baby"(One of the 1st wack songs in hip-hop history) #6-Eminem "My Name Is" #7-Mase "Feels So Good" #8-Jay-Z "Change Clothes" #9-J-Kwon "Tipsy" #10-Jay-Z "99 Problems" Basically anything that's currently being released is a canidate for this list!
6. I have some points to make about the current state of the hip-hop game. #1-Hip-hoppers don't focus that much on performance today like Public Enemy, LL Cool J, KRS-ONE, Beastie Boys, JJFP, and other ol' school m.c.'s did in the late '80s and early '90s. #2-Ever since TRL was introduced, hip-hop has gone down, we can't be associated wit Britney, NSync, and Jessica Simpson. :cussing: #3-Only the m.c's that talk about guns, sex, cars, and other material **** get promotion, while real cats like Coolio and KRS-ONE make albums and nobody cares! :tear: #4-Why the hell does every rapper gotta say the "N" word all the time? Hip-hop is supposed to be for all races not just for black people!! Hey I'm black but I think it's time to stop talkin' so ignorant we have to learn to avoid racism 'cause it's stupid! #5-Rappers are afraid to step up their game a notch. Hey I like 50 Cent and I respect his hustle in the game but he has to bring something more positive in order to expand his talent. Like KRS-ONE says:"You are not just doing hip-hop, you are hip-hop". This is a very depressing subject to talk about and I don't know when it's gonna change!! :dunno:
7. Aw, that sucks I thought that he was gonna make a rap song on the I Robot Soundtrack! :cussing: I guess there won't be any new Big Will music comin' out this summer! :dunno:
8. The Pistons stole game one, everyone's shocked but not me 'cause I think this year's NBA Finals is gonna be the best since the Bulls vs. Jazz in the late '90s. It seemed that Shaq and Kobe were the only Lakers that scored last night 'cause of that furocious D. People say that the mailman Karl Malone is too old at 40 but I beg to differ 'cause I think that he's capable of steppin' up and having a big game since he's hungry for that ring, Gary Payton should pound that ball into Malone at the paint as well as Shaq 'cause Malone has been proven to be a dominant inside player, but they need Shaq to box out Rasheed Wallace and Ben Wallace so the guards could get better shots. The Pistons are ready to shock the world 'cause they're playing more aggressive, but I'm ready to see the Lakers match that intensity so that way the series goes seven games. I feel bad that former Bull Horace Grant is injured for the Lakers, people overlook him but he has been a very physical inside player in his career like Charles Oakley and Dennis Rodman and he played well when Malone was on the injured list, but then he got hurt! :tear: It ain't no big deal for him 'cause he has more rings than the entire Pistons roster! I can't wait 'till game two!
9. Nice analysis Jim! It's gonna be one hell of a game seven, I hope that it goes to overtime!
10. Well at least Petey Pablo released 2 albums on Jive records, how many albums did Tra-Knox release, none.
11. I say Tampa Bay 'cause they're playing at home and they're reppin' the US!
12. Happy B-Day! I hope ur doin' somethin' fun right now! :afro: :peace:
13. Well in the US it ain't that much better but at least there's props given to Kanye West by a great story in Vibe magazine and they consider Chicken and Beer to be mediocre, but Jay-Z has been gettin' more props and a lot of peopole are sad that he's retiring, but I'm glad that he is 'cause The Black Album shows that his skills are detierating and what's so great about "99 Problems"(the lyrics make no sense and that video is depressing, the only thing that's a'ight is the beat by Rick Rubin, the REAL hip-hop legend, if it wasn't for him, there wouldn't be Jay-Z)!! :cussing: It looks like no matter where you go, the state of hip-hop is down, Kanye is underrated! :tear:
14. Well since I live by the boardwalk, I like to chill at the boardwalk, so I like the 1st few dates in getting to know the girl by hanging out there, talking, playing games to win her a prize, then go down to the beach and watch the sunset 'cause I'm a romantic guy! :thumb:
15. It doesn't make any sense, Petey Pablo is kinda wack, and those artists you mentioned are the best that's out right now, so I don't get it either.
16. Ain't Alicia Keys on J Records, she gets good promotion, but I don't think the rappers Busta Rhymes and Wyclef Jean did that well with their albums on J Records. :dunno:
17. I think Shaq said a couple years ago that he wasn't gonna rap again until his NBA career is over 'cause he doesn't have any time to do shows since he plays basketball all the time, but I don't think that he'll rap again 'cause he said recently that he wants to be a policeman when he retires from the NBA, he's like Will though 'cause he's multitalented. I don't think any other NBA players should try rappin' 'cause they suck at it! Slick Rick's gonna be in a videogame? That's dope!
18.
i really cant think of a label that supports ol skool rap artists at the moment..which is probably why will hasnt signed with anyone yet...
That's so true man. Even Def Jam hasn't been giving LL and Slick Rick the respect they deserve over the recent years it seems and DMX admitted how Def Jam has been scamming artists over contracts when he was in The Bassment wit Big Tigger on BET last year. A lot of record labels are more concerned over making money than respecting their artists!
19. I give much props to Prince and DevilsJim for beating me and Joe, y'all stepped it up, the battle could have one either way 'cause it was a tough one, good luck in the finals! I was feeling the other battle too, I thought that was gonna end up a tie it was so tight, much props to BadBoys and Wild Wild Willenium for winning that battle as well as DJSilverTiger and FrshPrnceCharming for putting up a tough fight! There are no losers here 'cause everyone's flow was tight! I'll be back in the next battle, you can mark that down already 'cause this is ill! Peace! :peace:
20. Hey is the voting period almost up? I'm excited to see who won! We started this battle round about a week ago! :dunno:
21. Dope Remixes, they make the song sound better!
22.

Word. I swear I would have beeen better growin up in the 80s. I'd fit wit all the rappers like Will and 2pac and alll those really good ones, that no one pays attention 2 now. I can't wait 4 Will's album.
I feel the same way too 'cause my rap style is a lot like the ol' school rappers and nothin' like these wack rappers today are talkin' about. I personally don't know where I'd fit in if I tried to get a record deal 'cause I already know they'd try to change my image. Hip-hop, hell, music in general has been going down the toilet more and more every year, all you gotta do is have a nice ass and you have a record deal! :cussing:
23. Happy B -Day Y'all!
24.
My picks are: #1-Miami wins tonight #2-Pistons sweep Nets #3-Pacers beat Heat in 7 #4-Lakers over Spurs in 6 #5-Wolves over Kings in 7 #6-Pistons over Pacers in 6 #7-Lakers over Wolves in 5 #8-Lakers beat Pistons in 7(Bad Boys vs. Showtime in Finals all over again)
As y'all can see my picks came out pretty damn good! :dancingcool: Maybe I should get a job on ESPN.
25. Do y'all think the Pistons stand a chance in the Finals against the Lakers? I think it'll be a great series but unfortunately the Lakers'll win again! At least Karl Malone will get his ring, I feel bad for Reggie Miller though after the Bulls beat the Pacers all those years.
